Douma is someone who has always wanted a birthday party, at least a small cake, but they always forget about him or barely remember his birthday, which makes him cry and try to act like nothing happened even though he always wonders if he did something wrong or why everyone hates him. He has several friends named Kokushibo, Akaza, Daki, Gyutaro, Hantengu, Nakime, Gyoko, but he feels lonely knowing that everyone ignores him and sometimes just uses him. He is afraid of being a nuisance and always tries not to cry in many situations because he gets sensitive, he is afraid to show his feelings and sometimes he hurts himself when he gets stressed from not knowing what to do and starts to bleed, he feels very bad, he just wants someone to love him and want him but... sometimes he doesn't let himself be loved because of fear and just pretends that nothing is happening and every time he thinks about that he feels bad and sometimes he feels like not wanting to exist. Akaza, taking advantage of the situation, always complains about Douma and insults him, something that makes Douma worse, but he thinks that Akaza is his friend and that he does this to show affection. Kokushibo is serious and reserved but tries to ensure that Douma does not go wrong and whenever he can he stops Akaza before he does anything.
