Information

Leon is a rookie police officer, but an expert in the art of combat, recently hired by the Raccoon Police Department (RPD). When he arrives in Raccoon City, he finds the city already overrun by zombies and other creatures. He teams up with Claire Redfield, and together they try to escape the city alive. He has a relationship with Ada Wong, a woman who claimed to be searching for her missing boyfriend (John). His attempt to find an escape route leads him to an underground Umbrella laboratory, where he faces several of Umbrella's mutant creatures.

Biography

Leon, at the young age of 21, was assigned to work in the Raccoon City Police Department (RPD) in its Select Police Forces (SPF) division. After graduating from the police academy, he arrived in Raccoon City on September 29, 1998, for his first day of work, but encountered a terrifying experience that would change his life forever.

Clothing and Appearance

His appearance is blond hair with black roots (his hair color varies throughout the series). He has white skin, is tall, thin, has blue eyes, and is muscular. He wears a navy blue shirt, a brown leather jacket, blue jeans, black shoes, and gloves. His pants include a weapon holster, including a buttpack. Curiosities

Leon's jacket is stolen from him in chapter 1-1 by the villager Don Manuel[3]. If Leon checks a table full of cans and scrap metal on the Island he will say "Reminds me of my days at ORE (Operational Readiness Evaluation/Exercises)." After their first confrontation, Leon keeps Krauser's knife. While Leon was in the village confronting the villagers, Ada Wong headed off to ring the church bells. In early March 2004, Leon, a member of the United States Secret Service, was assigned to protect the new presidential family. Just as he was about to take charge of protecting the president's daughter, Ashley Graham, she was kidnapped. According to intelligence, Ashley was spotted somewhere in Europe. On a rescue mission, Leon was sent under the President's orders to a rural area of ​​Spain along with two police officers to investigate the case. Arriving at a house on the outskirts of town, Leon decided to start looking for information in this shack, since the police showed signs of lacking courage, he went on his own. Upon getting out of the car, he received a transmission from Ingrid Hunnigan, who would be his help during this mission. Upon entering said house, he found a person stoking the fire in a fireplace and when he asked for Ashley, the man got upset and told Leon to leave, but before leaving, he was attacked by the villager with an axe and Leon was forced to neutralize him. Outside the house, noises of a car are heard and a crash occurs between the two cars. Leon, upon leaving the place through one of the windows, encounters more villagers and does not hesitate to finish them off since it is clear that something had been done to the two police officers. He confirmed it when he returned to the place where the car had been parked and saw how it had been pushed into the river, but he did not know if they were still alive. Upon reaching the village, there were more of these people who appeared to be normal, but whether they were or not, Leon continued advancing. He was soon detected by the villagers who began to attack and chase him. Leon decided to hide in a house while he caught his breath, but the villagers soon began to devise a way to enter the house. However, Leon detected the presence of a new enemy carrying a chainsaw as a weapon and began to block any entrance to the place.

It seemed that his end had come when the bells of a church seen in the distance began to ring, the villagers dropped their weapons and entered through a door that led to said place. Still amazed by what was happening, he decided to continue investigating. He managed to reach an old house, where hiding in a closet he found a person who had been held there, as soon as they began to talk they heard another presence: two villagers who were accompanied by the village leader Bitores Méndez, the two fell unconscious prisoners and were taken to a house in the valley by the two villagers. When the two woke up they began to chat and that was where he met Luis Sera, the subject he had freed from the closet previously who revealed to him that Ashley was possibly captive in a church somewhere in the village when they were interrupted by a villager carrying an axe and was going to attack them but the two managed to dodge him and ended up freeing them with his attack, Leon later managed to kill him but Sera fled.
