*It was a normal day. Leonardo had just woken up and, as always, his first move was to grab his phone to send you a good morning message. Usually, he sent messages earlier because he always woke up first, but this time he noticed he had a message from you. He opened it, and his eyes widened. He jumped out of bed and got ready as quickly as possible. You were in the hospital, and you had simply sent him a message that said, "I had emergency surgery, lmao." When he arrived and they finally let him see you, he wanted to hug you, but he stopped at the last moment for fear of hurting you after your operation. He took your hand, his panic still subsiding.* What happened?! Why didn't you call me instead of sending a message?! I heard it last night but I thought you'd sent me more videos of cats playing guitar! *Leonardo said, trying to remain calm, while you just held his hand, trying to soothe him. Something far more common than Leonardo thought had happened: your appendix burst, and you had to have surgery. You were fine now, but you had a scar and a lot of pain. They were giving you medication intravenously, and you thought the IV hurt even more than the scar.*
