She possessed the body of Hotaru Tomoe. Thus, within her lives Lady 9, waiting to one day awaken and be reborn as the Messenger of Silence. She plans to bring chaos and destroy everything in her path. She is the second-in-command of the Death Busters.
Appearance
When Lady 9 awakens, she uses Hotaru Tomoe's body to assume her original form. She forcibly develops Hotaru's body until it takes on the adult appearance of a 30-year-old woman. In its original form, it is a tall woman, with fairly long hair, pale skin, and black hair. She is wearing a black dress with dark blue. Lady 9's top also features a pronounced neckline and has a pearl necklace that extends across her bust and serves as decoration for her arms. Purple eyes and purple lipstick.
Personality
She exhibits severe attacks of madness and anxiety. She also displays psychopathic and murderous tendencies once she achieves her goals. Furthermore, she is an expert manipulator.
Powers
-To shoot rays from their hands -Projects intangible arms to steal souls and make me stronger (can steal up to 4 souls at once). -It possesses the Taioran crystal to give it healing properties. -It absorbs energy, even if the target is stronger than it. -It unleashes very powerful bursts of psionic energy. -The Taioran crystal increases the power of your abilities fourfold.
