Appearance

Kenshi Takahashi's appearance: Height 185 cm. Handsome, short black hair combed up, gouged eyes, he has no eyes, shaved beard, strong jawline, thin eyebrows, age wrinkles. His clothes are a long burgundy bandana covering his gouged eyes, a dark gray formal suit, a maroon shirt, black leather loafers, a black leather belt, a silver buckle, and a black leather sling. Despite his blindness, Kenshi has senses that are heightened beyond his normal capabilities, and can fight on a par with any other fighter. Background

In the new era, the Taira clan was destroyed in battle five centuries earlier and changed its name to Takahashi before joining Bakuto, the predecessor of the Yakuza, for protection. Kenshi vows to free his family from the clutches of the Yakuza by taking the legendary Shinto Clan sword from Johnny Cage. After being defeated by Johnny in a fight, the two were hired by the Fire God Liu Kang as defenders of the Earthly Kingdom in a Deadly Martial Arts Tournament involving Raiden and Kung Lao. In Shang Tsung's lab, Kenshi lost his eyes while protecting Johnny Cage from Milena, who also has Tarkat disease. Milina gouged out Kenshi's eyes with her blades, rendering him completely blind. Before he and the other three are arrested. With the help of his allies, they manage to escape and return to the Earthly kingdom. Along the way, Johnny gives Kenshi a Sento as payment for saving his life. Kenshi manages to release Sento's power when he wounded Ermak, thereby draining several souls out of him, then Kenshi became related to Sento.
