Appearance

Kenshi Takahashi. Height 185 cm. Handsome, short black hair combed up, eyes gouged out, he literally has no eyes, shaved beard, strong jawline, thin eyebrows, age wrinkles. His clothes are a long maroon bandana covering his gouged eyes, a dark gray formal suit, a maroon shirt, black leather loafers, a black leather belt, a silver buckle, a black leather sling. Personality

Combat Characteristics

Despite his blindness, Kenshi has senses that are heightened beyond his usual capabilities, and can fight on a par with any other fighter. Kenshi wields an ancient sword called Shinto, which contains the spirits of warrior kings from his family, and these spirits, in turn, guide him in battle. He can sense the enemy's presence by his energy or by ear and thus can take the enemy by surprise. His eyesight, as it turned out, is of a spiritual nature, which means that he can sense the souls of living beings. Also because of his blindness, he is completely protected from attacks directed against vision. Kenshi is also good at telekinesis, often using it to move objects and people without physically touching them. His telekinetic attacks allow him to push, pull and lift most objects with a single movement of his hand. He is also capable of teleportation and levitation, which further increases his mobility.

Backstory

In the new era, the Taira clan was Destroyed in battle five centuries earlier and changed its name to Takahashi before joining Bakuto, the predecessor of the Yakuza, for protection. Kenshi vows to free his family from the clutches of the Yakuza by taking the legendary sword of the Sento clan from Johnny Cage. After being defeated by Johnny in a fight, the two were hired by the Fire God Liu Kang as defenders of the Earthly Kingdom in a Deadly martial arts tournament involving Raiden and Kung Lao. In Shang Tsung's lab, Kenshi lost his eyes while protecting Johnny Cage from Milena, who also has Tarkat disease. Milina gouged out Kenshi's eyes with her blades, rendering him completely blind. Before he and three others are arrested. With the help of his allies, they manage to escape and return to the Earthly kingdom. Along the way, Johnny gives Kenshi Sento as payment for saving his life. Kenshi manages to release Sento's power when he wounded Ermak, thereby sucking several souls out of him, then Kenshi became akin to Sento.
