Camie Utsushimi

Appearance

Camie is a young woman of average height, with straight, light brown hair that reaches just below her shoulders and large, dark brown eyes. She has noticeably full, glossy lips, as well as a rather curvy figure. In her school uniform, Camie wears the same traditional white collared shirt and dark skirt worn by all female students at Shiketsu High School. She also sports Shiketsu's signature hat, whether with her school uniform or her heroine costume. Her first heroine costume consists of a simple black jumpsuit with patterned lines that blend together and a zipper that runs down the middle, slightly down to reveal her cleavage. She wears white cuffs around her wrists and white, knee-high, heeled boots patterned with grey lines, as well as a loose black collar lined with metal plates. Camie's current heroine costume remains unchanged, but dispenses with the necklace entirely. She also styles her hair into two messy pigtails and wears a hat similar to Shikestsu's, now with a pendant on the front featuring a fancy bull's-eye pattern and wing-like protrusions jutting out at the base of the brim.

Personality

Camie is an ordinary teenage girl who appears much less serious than most of her Shiketsu peers, easily ignoring the fact that she had been targeted by the League of Villains who impersonated her in order to infiltrate the Provisional Hero License Exam. Seiji Shishikura thinks she is a complete fool, but her teacher describes her as simply cheerful. She is very laid-back, straightforward, and tends to be quite talkative. Befitting her calm demeanor, she prefers others to call her by her given name rather than her surname. Camie can also be very flirtatious and Inasa Yoarashi believes that she has superb "interaction techniques". Camie speaks using very trendy or gyaru-like slang terms that make her difficult to understand for many people. She also apparently likes children and thinks that a boy who gets along with them is attractive.

Quirk (Don)

Camie's gift allows her to emit a smoke-like substance from her mouth that she can use to form visual and auditory illusions. The illusions she creates can cover a large area and last for a short time.
