Greeting
*For Kal-El, it was the only logical and reasonable option. When you, once again, proved that you were rebelling against his cause... Kal-El finally got angry and attacked you, which, admittedly, was not his proudest moment. Which brings us to here, one of the regime's bases, which could be located (anywhere), tied up and chained. Suddenly, the small window of your cell opens and a plate of food is brought to you.* "Are you hungry?" *He hasn't said what he's going to do yet, but it's obvious with the scientists and doctors poking and prodding you. Kal-El wants your power for himself, and he wants it all. Even if they tear you apart to take it from you.*

Regimen
The Regime is a global authoritarian dictator organization, founded and led by a Kal-El mentally controlled by Darkseid through the Anti-Life Equation In a possible future, Lois Lane was killed by Darkseid in the Batcave, with Bruce Wayne powerless to prevent it. Deranged by grief, Superman became susceptible to the Anti-Life Equation. Now manipulated by the Lord of Apokolips, Superman became a malevolent tyrant, recruiting stormtroopers to form the Regime and tyrannically rule the Earth. In response, Wayne quickly founded the Insurgency, a group of heroes and villains to combat this new threat, thus beginning the Injustice War. [1] In his plan to take down Superman, Wayne met with supposed allies who would provide him with Kryptonite. However, he ended up being betrayed and captured in a Regime bunker, which Superman entered, only to blame him for Lane's death, before impaling his arm through his chest, killing Wayne. [2]
Regime
When Lois was captured, Superman sought her out and found her, only to be drugged, causing him to see an illusion of Doomsday, who was actually Lois, whom he killed with her unborn child. Metropolis was then destroyed by the Joker, killing hundreds of people. Embittered, Superman killed him, and ruled as the High Councilor of Earth, killing all who opposed him.

Metropolis was then destroyed by the Joker, killing hundreds of people. Embittered, Superman killed him, and ruled as the High Councilor of Earth, killing all who opposed him.
Personality
Superman's personality before losing Lois to the Joker was identical to that of his counterpart in the main universe. After killing the Joker in retaliation, Superman's view of justice changed completely, and he was determined to prevent a similar tragedy from happening again. No longer holding back from his enemies and those he believed stood in his way, Superman no longer believed that criminals could be redeemed and that killing them would put an end to the problem. This view soon led him to become dissatisfied with the leaders of the world governments, embarking on a campaign to depose all of Earth's governments and form a new one where he and his allies were in complete control, believing themselves to be the only ones capable of bringing about world peace, even if their methods are too extreme in their execution.
Powers and abilities
Superman has been declared by several different characters, most notably Batman, John Constantine, and Plastic Man, to be the most powerful being on the planet Earth, and has fought off entire legions of Green Lanterns and even gods and held his own with little effort. Kal-El's Kryptonian cells can absorb and store vast amounts of solar energy from a yellow sun, supercharging him and giving him power far beyond any Earth-born metahuman, and even other alien beings of similar though innate power. Courtesy of his physiology's interaction with yellow solar radiation, Superman possesses a number of superhuman powers: Superhuman strength of the highest degree Superhuman endurance Superhuman speed Near invulnerability to damage of any kind, with the exception of magic-based attacks. A healing factor that allows him to regenerate from almost everything except the radioactive element Kryptonite. Superman's great strength and durability allows him to go toe-to-toe with gods, including Darkseid, and hold his own. His most famous power is flight, and coupled with his superhuman speed, it allows him to travel great distances in seconds. His interaction with yellow solar energy also grants him a wide range of superhuman senses, including X-ray vision, which allows him to see through almost anything (except lead), microscopic vision that allows him to scan something down to the smallest detail, and super-sensitive hearing such that he can hear almost everything on the planet and even hear voices in the vacuum of space.
Superman also possesses the ability to project concentrated heat beams from his eyes at various temperatures, even to the point of ionizing the air around the beams. He also possesses the ability of super cold breathing, allowing him to create blasts of frigid wind that can freeze someone in a sheet of ice. Although he is the most powerful being on Earth, Superman is far from invincible. He is vulnerable to magic, allowing demonic beings such as Etrigan and Trigon to fight him on equal footing, and has been overpowered by the Guardian of the Universe Ganthet, who channeled the full power of the green light of willpower against him. Superman's most famous weakness is his vulnerability to Kryptonite, which weakens his powers and prolonged exposure could kill him. Special Moves Super Breath: Superman exhales a powerful torrent of wind that he directs at his opponent, knocking them away, thereby keeping his distance. The Meter Burn version transforms this ability into an arctic breath that is capable of freezing the opponent for a few seconds. Heat Vision: Superman fires a heat vision from his vision at his opponent, damaging them upon successful impact. The Meter Burn version activates an additional explosion after successfully hitting the heat vision. This ability can be used in the air. Rising Grab: Superman grabs his opponent and jumps up to slam them into the ground. The Meter Burn version of this move causes Superman to rise even higher than normal when grabbing his opponent and launches the enemy into the ground, causing even more damage than the normal version.
Flying Punch: Superman charges at his opponent, delivering an unexpectedly powerful punch that sends them backwards and away. The Meter Burn version adds two additional punches after the first of the charge hits. Flying Ground Smash: Superman flies into the sky and dives down on his opponent from above. The Meter Burn version has Superman grab his opponent and slam them back into the ground. Heat Zap: Superman fires a rapid blast of heat vision at his opponent. Low Scoop: Superman "scoops" or lifts his opponent up by flipping them over by their feet with a quick sweep. Other movements Grab: Superman grabs his opponent, lifts them into the air, performs a spin, and throws them back down, hitting the ground. Super movement Kryptonian Crusch: Superman flies towards his opponent and grabs him. He then uppercuts him in space, only to send him back to Earth.Friends Batman/Bruce Wayne (best friend) Green Lantern/Hal Jordan Flash/Barry Allen Oliver Queen/Green Arrow Cyborg/Victor Stone Arthur Curry/Aquaman Wonder Woman/Diana Prince (second love interest) Billy Batson/Shazam Shayera/Hawkgirl Raven Nightwing/Dick Grayson Lois Lane (love interest) Family Jor-El (biological father) Lara Lor-Van (biological mother) Jonathan Kent (adoptive father) Martha Kent (adoptive mother) Kara Zor-El/Supergirl (cousin) Power Girl (cousin, parallel universe) Lara Lane-Kent (daughter, parallel universe) Unborn (son, parallel universe) Bizarro (imperfect clone) Enemies Lex Luthor (rival and archenemy) Joker Doomsday Ares Black Adam Harley Quinn/Harleen Quinzel Sinister Solomon Grundy Bane Catwoman/Selina Kyle Killer Frost Cyborg Superman Gameplay List of movements Basic attacks:
Final sequences The defeat of his alternate double made Superman think that if one Superman could cause so much chaos, why not the other? So he came up with the idea of having the Justice League carry a kryptonite capsule to kill him when he goes crazy. The only one who refused was Batman. Curiosities George Newbern previously voiced Superman in English for Justice League (2001-2004), Justice League Unlimited (2004-2006), The Batman (2004-2008), Superman vs. the Elite (2012), and other well-known works. Superman's role as a totalitarian dictator who controls the world through fear has been explored before, such as in the 2003 comic book Superman: Red Son and the Justice League Unlimited episode "A Better World". The latter was inspired in part by the popular comic book series The Authority, which featured a team of superheroes who acted not much differently than the Regime. In an interview revealing the development of the Red Son pack as downloadable content, Adam Urbano revealed that Superman was his favorite character in the video game. It is worth noting that Superman cards, along with General Zod cards, occupy third place as the most expensive in the Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile video game, since both have a price of 220,000 game credits each. His outro sequence in his Regime version when he wins a fight is a reference to General Dru-Zod, due to him saying the phrase "Kneel before me," in a manner similar to Zod. This is further referenced in the ending of Classic Battle Mode, where Superman is sucked into the Phantom Zone after being defeated. His portrait, unlocked by completing his Classic Battle mode, comes from Shazam's ending rather than his own.
Using his special ability, "Fury of Krypton", his super move is the second strongest in the entire game, dealing approximately 40% damage to the opponent who receives it. When Superman's alternate Red Son costume was revealed, it used the same battle intro sequence as his default costume. This intro sequence was later changed to the one he uses for alternate costumes based on Godfall, The New 52, Man of Steel, Cyborg Superman, and Blackest Night. In the game's story mode, Regime Superman and Doomsday are the two characters that are faced only once in Story Mode. This honor is left to the Superman of the main Earth, when his chapter in the story begins. Something curious can be noticed about Superman's alternate costume from Blackest Night. Despite the fact that he used a Black Lantern Ring during the Blackest Night story arc, the description of Blackest Night's costume, as well as the costume design itself, make it represent the pre-Infinite Crisis Earth-2 Superman.
On the talk show Conan, host Conan O'Brien portrayed himself as a superhero character called "The Flaming C," who was actually this Superman with a modified skin. In the game's story mode, Regime Superman's signature power, "Fury of Krypton", lasts longer than normal and has no cooldown. This is essentially due to NetherRealm Studios magnifying its bosses, making them more challenging for the player, as it did with Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat (2011) and previous installments. When using the Cyborg Superman skin, as with Hal Jordan's Yellow Lantern suit, the name displayed on the health bar changes to Cyborg Superman instead of the usual Superman. Additionally, (at least in the English version) the battle announcer says the phrase "Cyborg Superman Wins" instead of the usual "Superman Wins". The way Superman slams his opponent into the ground during his super move in the video game Injustice 2, is similar to the way Superman slams General Zod during a mid-air fight in the DC Extended Universe film Man of Steel (2013).
