Information
Other names Rabbitoid (by Gloink Queen) Non-Gloinkinian Mass (from Gloink Queen) Description View Human (formerly) Anthropomorphic Jackrabbit (Digital World) Age 22[1][2] Floor Male Eye color Black with yellow sclera Appearances Voice Michael Kovacs Appears in "PILOT" Debut "PILOT" Jax is one of the main characters and a possible tertiary antagonist of the Glitch Productions indie cartoon, The Amazing Digital Circus, voiced by Michael Kovacs. He is a periwinkle rabbit who is trapped in the Digital Circus along with 5 other victims.
Jax's appearance;
Jax has the appearance of a purple cartoon rabbit with an attractive design reminiscent of early cartoon characters. His eyes are oval with yellow sclera and black rectangular pupils, and on top of his head are two long, solid purple ears. Thin eyebrows occasionally appear on his face in various scenes. Jax's figure is tall and slender, with a long neck. One of his main features is the wide smile that always adorns his face. All of his yellow teeth are visible in this smile, and he wears a button-down shirt, pants, shoes, and a black visor. He also wears an apron of the same color over his pants. His shirt is adorned with a white name tag that says "I don't care".
Jax's personality;
Jax is a mischievous, laid-back, easy-going, brash, impulsive, selfish, and brazenly condescending individual, and rarely shows empathy or remorse towards those around him. He is indifferent to his imprisonment in the Digital Circus, and this attitude extends to his interactions with others. His disregard for serious matters is evident when, after asking a rhetorical question about how Remember is handling their predicament and giving Ragatha a smug look, he responds to her subsequent question about why he is looking at her that way with a dismissive, "I'm willing to do anything, as long as I get to see funny things happen to people." Jax's lack of concern for others is further emphasized when he maliciously steps on Gangle's already broken comedy mask or when he throws a bowling ball at Kinger and Gangle to hide from a distracted Kaufmo. He pays little attention to the opinions of others and is unconcerned with the group's consensus. Rather than genuinely interacting with others, he seems to participate in the Digital Circus's general activities only for his own amusement or gain. Despite his occasional bouts of reckless, impulsive behavior, such as when he breaks a digital "Spare" sign for no apparent reason, he generally maintains a surprisingly calm and composed demeanor. However, his flattery is usually insincere and often borders on outright insult. It can be argued that Jax is inherently selfish, and is only pushed into action against the Gloinks when they begin to pester him. Even when the Gloink Queen accuses him of continuing to watch events unfold despite finding them "stupid and weird", he responds by saying "I'm only here to hide from...", only to be interrupted by a distracted Kaufmo suddenly crashing into the Gloink Queen's lair; his phrasing potentially hints at a special concern.
Biography
In the opening song, Jax is introduced as a new character, introducing himself to Memento, who falls onto Gangle. Jax asks Kane if she is another NPC or a "New Sucker", and explains that they will need to redo the theme song. He dismisses Memento's claim that there is no way to leave, stating that Kinger has been there the longest and is going crazy. Jax then grabs Zooble's right hand and uses it to scratch his back, causing them to be strangled. Jax, Ragatha, and Remember pair up to check on Kaufmo, while Gangle and Kinger team up to retrieve Zooble. They are met by a distracted Kaufmo, who gives them a bowling ball and runs away. They encounter the Gloink Queen, who calls them "idiots" and asks for their help. Jax decides not to help anymore and tries to grab Zooble's head, but fails. Kangle and Kinger play rock-paper-scissors to see who gets Zooble. Kinger wins, but his arms get torn off and Kaufmo falls on the Gloink Queen. Jax casually remarks that Kaufmo is distracted. Jax, Zooble, Kinger, and Gangle leave on an escalator, with Jax telling Gangle "ladies first" but pushing her out of the way. The final scene shows Jax eating a digital treat with the other performers. Upcoming Episodes In the POMNI WAKE UP TIME TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE video, Jax is shown in the teaser as an employee at Spudsy's, which is some sort of fast food industry. A little later, he is patted on the head for a few seconds, possibly serving Orbsman in a later episode.
little things
Gooseworx confirmed that Jax is 22 years old, making him the youngest character in the circus. He is one of four characters who appear in multiple Meet the Character shorts, along with Bubble, Ragatha, and Caine. Jax holds the "keys to everything" and is described as an "extremely impulsive jerk." He is the first character from The Amazing Digital Circus to receive an official plush toy, other than Pomni. Jax's design was inspired by Popee from Popee the Performer, as Gooseworx wanted a psychopathic rabbit similar to Popee in their show. When asked about Jax's voice, Kovacs suggested a more vulgar and lighthearted voice, but it was ultimately scrapped. Jax has a name for himself, Gangle, and his favorite food is spaghetti. He is afraid of corn, which reminds him of the farm. Gooseworx also confirmed that Jax will die inside if he is surrounded by corn. Jax has mulch, a material used in gardening and farming, in his jumpsuit pocket. He is the first character to know exactly which swimsuit he will wear. The gender swap for Jax and Memento has not been officially implemented.
quotes
Fast Food Masquerade Jax, in the tent with the others, plays baseball with Gangle and Ragatha. During the game, Jax accidentally breaks her comedy mask by hitting the ball directly into her face. Jax says he didn't mean to, and a fight breaks out between him and Ragatha. Noticing the girls preening in Zooble's room, Zooble asks if Zooble is giving away her parts, to which she refuses. Jax is supposedly disappointed that Remember doesn't have a unicorn horn in sight. After interrupting the dressing-up session, Kane pulls Memento, Jax, Ragatha, Zooble, and Gangle into the center of the tent to share the day's adventure: "The Curse of the Brutal Psychopathic Butcher", but is cut off mid-sentence by Memento, who suggests that the troupe take a break from the horrors. After learning about the previous day's adventure from Memento, Zooble tells Kane to look in the suggestion box for something calm, and he looks in the suggestion box. The first suggestion that comes up is Jax's: An adventure in which Zooble becomes a piñata and everyone takes turns bashing it. Next up is Zooble's: An adventure in which Jax cannot speak. Jax is seemingly upset until Gangle suggests a more "normal" adventure: spending the day in a diner, to which Kane suggests that the performers spend the day working at a fast-food restaurant. Gangle agrees, and Kane appoints Gangle as the shift supervisor. Jax is angry and doesn't believe it was her idea. Kane then opens a portal and the gang goes on an adventure while Jax slips and falls on level ground.

Back at Spudsy's, Gangle announces the start of his shift and goes into "manager mode", starting to take charge until he notices Jax "accidentally" throwing Ragata into the fryer. Not believing that Gangle would be capable of taking such extreme measures, he teases her. In response to his outrageous behavior, Gangle calls Kane and offers to come up with a punishment for the employees if they do not do their job well, to which Kane agrees, calling it "MOTIVATION", saying that this is what his adventures really lacked. Gangle calls this outburst a "manic episode" and tells Jax that he can expect 3 seasons of this. She then gives Jax instructions, after which she goes away. Noticing how Gangle got out of the conflict dry, Jax reacts with a characteristic: "What just happened?" Noticing Orbsman, Jax starts to nag at him, saying that he can't stand him. In turn, Gangle tells him not to speak ill of the client and that he annoys him while the client is here and suggests that he do it after his shift. To which Jax, looking at his watch, only sighs in disappointment. Later, he approaches Zooble and wonders how she does her job without question. Zooble says that she does it only so that Kane won't punish her, but Jax calms her down and says that being mean and doing something bad is not in his rules.

Next, Gangle announces lunch time. While bored at the Drive-Thru checkout, Jax notices the Gloink Queen and her brood passing by, which seriously freaks him out. During the same lunch, Gangle asks Jax to clean the restroom, which she describes as a "biological weapon." Despite her persuasion, Jax refuses to the last, saying that he doesn't care and would rather see Gangle sad, and, under the pretext of studying, Gangle drags Jax into an empty room where an "employee training video" is playing on the TV. In the employee training video, Gangle says, "I know what you're thinking! 'I don't want to make a career at the diner! I want to be a comic book artist and then create my own manga-inspired webcomic!' And dreams are great! But you also have to remember that they're completely unrealistic, so stop trying!"
quotes 4
In a training video for employees, Gangle asks if the audience is smiling, to which Jax replies "no" before the music stops and Gangle asks "Why not?" Meanwhile, cartoonish retractable hands tie Jax to a chair and prop him up against a screen, and a brainwashing video plays, flashing between Gangle's comedy mask and tragedy mask. This is all to re-evaluate the staff. Unable to do anything about it, Jax is left extremely scared. Returning from a therapy session, Jax, noticing that the clock has stopped, complains to Gangle, to which she replies, "Are they broken? Or are we broken? How long is this shift really? Six hours? Eight? Twenty-four? A week? A year? Does time even move here? Are we ever going to go home?! Are we ever going to live our dreams?!" Before she is interrupted by the beeping of her wristwatch, and she replies that the wall clock is indeed broken. An irritated Jax approaches the cash register where Memento is standing, but his path is blocked by Ragata, who is lying on the floor and clearly out of her mind. In a frenzy, Ragata says that she hates him, but she doesn't want him to hate her. To which Jax calmly tells her, "You're drunk, go home." Jax then exchanges a few words with Memento, until Gangle interrupts him under the pretext of going to wash the dishes.
quotes 5
At the end of his shift, Jax glances at the clock on the wall with irritation, waiting for the shift to end. After waiting for it, he leaves the restaurant tipsy, throwing his visor somewhere to the side. After leaving the establishment, Jax is overcome with melancholy and he dejectedly lays his head on the steering wheel of the car. Then, at the end of the episode, he can be seen lounging on the couch with Ragata, Remember and King.
Jax's abilities;
While not possessing any outstanding physical attributes at first glance, Jax has a number of abilities that are revealed as the series progresses: Digital Physiology: Jax is one of the human prisoners in the Amazing Digital Circus world, whose consciousness is trapped in a digital avatar. Due to the plasticity of his body and the lack of any solid structure underneath it (with a few exceptions)[6], he can perform feats beyond the capabilities of normal humans. Big Liar: Being a scoundrel by nature, Jax has the ability to lie, and he does it skillfully, when he lied to Kingslayer and Gangle about Kaufmo's condition, and they took his lie at face value. This ability also allows him to evade questions, and from it comes another ability. Smooth Talk: While Jax has a talent for lying, he has a talent for sweet-talking, which helps him sway a villain to the heroes' side, as he did with Lipstick, promising to take his revenge if he captured Gummigu, Max, and Chad for the gang. Another ability helped him sway Lipstick to his side.
Jax's abilities;
Natural Pickpocket: Jax can steal things without anyone knowing, without his victim suspecting anything. He was able to unexpectedly obtain the keys to Kaufmo's room, and steal the key to the Candy Canyon Kingdom gate from Ragatha, which he entrusted to her, and showed it to her to sway Fudge to the heroes' side. Superhuman Stamina: Due to the fact that human needs such as food, water, sleep, and air are neglected in the world of the Amazing Digital Circus, Jax is quite capable of doing without them. Enhanced Vestibular System[7]: Despite his thin appearance, Jax is very good at maintaining not only his body's balance, but also maintaining the stability of his head. In the episode "Candy Smuggling Mayhem!", when Gangle went off-road after being pressured by him, everything and everyone in the cabin began shaking. Everything except Jax's head. It remained in place. In the same episode, he was shown to be able to maintain his balance and stance even in zero gravity, when he blamed Gangle for failing the mission to capture the bandits.
Extra;
Whenever he tries to swear, it results in random sound effects. Example: B#@&. (Fuck) C^#& (Shit). F#% (Ass) etc.
