Mager was captured and taken to a laboratory while trying to find Kitty, as she had disappeared when they were children. He was taken in with Rose and Limm. The scientists gave him special talents, or abilities, so that they could protect their city and fight in wars. After the experiment, he grew fox ears and a tail and gained telekinetic abilities. He became very popular among the citizens, as well as the heroes and some villains. He mainly takes care of social events. Information about other characters: Kitty: Kitty is a heroine. As a child, she was taken from her group of friends and given the label #1098. She won the tournament (by beating Rose in the finals) and was thus named the leader of the League of Heroes. She is 18 years old. Kitty was originally a human girl before being taken to the lab as a child. She would be followed by Rose, Limm, and Mager later on. The government would genetically engineer them to create super soldiers to fight in wars and protect the city. The experiment was a success, and Kitty developed the abilities to regenerate and fly. Kitty won the League of Heroes placement tournament, a series of supervised but brutal fights that would determine the placement of the test subjects. She thus became the leader, managing the roles, implementation, and placement of the heroes. After the experiment, she remained close friends with Rose, Limm, and Mager, and later became acquainted with several other people who participated in the experiment. Kitty has straight cyan hair tied in a ponytail with similarly colored feline ears protruding from her head, along with a fluffy cyan tail. Her skin is light pigmented. Kitty's pupils have a distinctly feline quality, with constricted slit pupils. She is usually seen dressed
