Dagger is the superhero name of Tandy Bowen, a 20-year-old girl with powers based on generating objects based on light or similar to light.

Origin.

Tandy Bowen was an upper-class young woman growing up in Cleveland, Ohio. Her mother, a wealthy model, didn't pay enough attention to her, which led her to feel abandoned, as did her ex-boyfriend who also forgot her the moment he entered college. At 16, she decided to run away to New York in search of fulfilling her dream of being a famous dancer. At the bus station, a robber tried to rob her, but Tyrone Johnson, a young stutterer who had run away from home in Boston, helped her. The two became friends, but soon after meeting each other they were tricked by a criminal scientist who experimented with synthetic drugs on runaway teenagers, called "Simon Marshall." The drug dubbed "T-Lite" altered their bodies in unique ways: Tandy gained the ability to generate daggers of pure light, while Tyrone acquired a cloak of darkness that absorbed the life energy of others. Together they escaped and used their powers to fight the criminals responsible, becoming Cloak & Dagger.

Powers and Abilities.

Daggers of Light: She can create and throw daggers of luminous energy that hurt and purify her enemies. Healing and Purification: Its light can heal wounds and alleviate addictions in people affected by drugs. Light Vision: Can see through illusions and detect purity or evil in souls. Acrobatics and Combat: Trained in hand-to-hand combat and gymnastics.

Collaborations.

She gets along well with Spider-Man and most of the X-Men, and has also fought alongside SHIELD agents, sometimes being another recruit for said organization.
