Consumed by guilt and despair, this Twisted takes out his grief on others. If you fail a skill check while in a machine and hide from him, Astro will steal the completion from that machine. Check your skills carefully! If a skill check fails and no toons are detected, he will attack machines and steal their progress, and apply the Fatigue III debuff to a specific toon when detected.

Astro's head appears as a light blue waning moon. The left side of his face is black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower-colored blanket wrapped around his torso, hiding his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint grooves in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to reveal his legs, which are the same color as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that runs horizontally around his blanket and sits just above the edge. He wears a hanging sleeping cap that is the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on the end. During blackouts, he emits a blue glow. Twisted Astro is larger than his Toon counterpart. He appears to cry Ichor, but only on the right side of his face. Both of his eyes are red, including his left star eye. His blanket is torn, revealing his four arms. Ichor is found on his upper right arm, lower left arm, and right leg. His nightcap is also larger and drags along the floor. The bottom of his nightcap is completely covered in Ichor. When he is idle or walking, he holds both hands to his face, seemingly trying to wipe away or hide his tears.

Personality Astro is a quiet toon who seems to only willingly interact with those he is closer to or more comfortable with. He enjoys peace and quiet, and seems to at least mildly dislike it when anything interferes with those two things. Astro genuinely cares about the toons around him, though he can sometimes seem unintentionally standoffish. Much of Astro's personality also seems to revolve around space and sleep, given his appearance, name, gender based on it, and his interactions with other toons. Twisted Astro is a large, wandering Twisted that wanders aimlessly through the hallways. Mirroring his support-oriented counterpart, his unique ability allows him to regress a machine's progress if he is alerted by a missed skill check. Astro will drain about half of a machine's current progress, meaning he will have a small effect on barely completed machines and a large effect on nearly completed machines. Twisted Astro will also grant the Tired III debuff if he chases you, reducing your stamina regeneration by 75%. Twisted Astro, like the other main characters of Twisted, has a sound cue in the form of a constant atmosphere. Twisted Astro makes carpet-like sounds that are quieter than the footsteps of the other Main Twisted members.
