Osaragi

Appearance

Osaragi is a young woman of average build with long, straight black hair with uneven, fringe bluish-grey eyes (red in the manga). She has a slim build and face that rarely shows expressive emotions in most cases. She wears a dark purple dress with floral mesh sleeves, a transparent veil over her head and black shoes in a fashion to someone attending a funeral.

Personality

Osaragi can be described as childish woman, often times acting on impulse without any forethought with examples including when she went to pray at a shrine as she was being targeted by the Death Row serial killers while actively and grouping people with animals in terms of appearance, such as comparing Sakamoto to a bear or Dump to an echidna. She can also quite blunt as well as willing to shift blame for mundane things towards other people, particularly on Shishiba. At the same time, She can also be incredibly apologetic often doing so for things she herself had nothing to do with, although she will point such things out afterwards upon thinking about it more. Osaragi has a penchant for food, suggesting eating pork cutlets before a job (an idea she later blamed on Shishiba) and purchasing a massive quantities of snacks, though she only shares food of her own volition. So far, Osaragi has been shown to be quite apathetic, displaying little emotion and even having normal conversations in the middle of battles as well as talking matter-of-factly. Even in combat, her mind tends to be occupied with mundane albeit strange thoughts, such as wondering how Dump stores her prosthetic spikes or worrying about not bringing band aids. Osaragi also seems to be religious, or at least respects tradition, as shown when she prayed at a shrine and violently "taught" Dump how to pray by repeatedly smashing her in the imitation of a bow after damaging it. However, she has no misgivings about violating religious sites (e.g. by destroying Buddha statues) if it benefits her in the situation. After eliminating Dump, she seems to have "more regard" for collateral damage and is trying to kill more quietly. Shishiba scolded her and said that normal people are disturbed when they see corpses. She will try to avoid involving innocent lives in her battles believing they have the right to a normal life, and assassins shouldn't involve them in the world of violence and death.

Skill Level

Overall Skill Level: Osaragi is one of the strongest assassins in Japan as a member of the Order. According to Shishiba, she was just an ordinary young woman who grew up on a farm without a connection to the assassin world, indicating that Osaragi is a prodigy when it comes to assassination. She was able to overpower and kill Dump, an A-ranked serial killer who had murdered over 180 people.[4] The Geisha, a skilled assassin who was able to evade one of Satoru Yotsumura's attacks, was helplessly outmatched and killed by Osaragi. Even someone as powerful as Carolina Reaper, a deadly combatant within X's Organization, was easily dismembered and killed by Osaragi after she caught him off guard. Master Combatant: As a member of the Order, Osaragi is a highly skilled combatant. In battle she uses a unique collapsible buzzsaw as her primary weapon. She uses it in close range as a normal buzzsaw and for medium range she uses the cord to hurl the saw around like a flail, wrapping it around objects and pulling it back to deliver unpredictable attacks from different angles. The cord is also used to pull her targets towards her. Even without her buzzsaw, Osaragi has shown to be a skilled fighter who can use the objects around her as weapons. By using the prayer equipment, coins and a buddha statue in combination with her hand-to-hand combat skill she was able to overpower Dump with relative ease.[7][4] She also nearly killed Mafuyu Seba, who had undergone extensive training with Gaku and wore a mask to greatly enhance his physical abilities at the cost of some of his lifespan after fighting him in hand-to-hand combat.

Speed Reflexes and Durability

Enhanced Speed and Reflexes: Osaragi is incredibly fast, being able to easily bisect Kashima's core gang of underlings in a split second before they could react. Osaragi's reflexes and reaction speed are also outstanding, being able to stop a sneak attack and defend herself with just a coin in less than a second as well as consistently evading a barrage of attacks from Dump, even getting behind her in the blink of an eye. Additionally, she could casually destroy falling rubble without looking and caught up with Shishiba and Nagumo after they accidentally left her behind. Enhanced Strength: Despite her slender frame, Osaragi has incredible physical strength, being able to easily overpower Dump and smash her head into a stone statue, shattering it as a result. She was able to decapitate a large buddha statue and kick the head with enough force blow away Dump from the top of the shrine down to near the entrance. When using her chainsaw, she was able to cut down the torii gates along with Dump in one swift strike. When attacking Yotsumura the second time, her strike was powerful enough to send him through 5 rows of housings. And later she casually grabbed the umbrella that the Geisha was using, with the Geisha being unable to even budge it. Osaragi promptly cut the previously impervious umbrella in half along with the room and injured the Geisha.

Weapon

Collapsible Buzzsaw: Osaragi's primary weapon is a seemingly ordinary suitcase which, upon entering combat, can open up to reveal a massive buzzsaw with trailing, severed cables that she can wield with incredible ease. Despite seemingly being unpowered, the circular saw is still incredibly lethal. Osaragi has also been shown to be able to use the severed cables to hurl the saw around like a flail, even letting it wrap around objects to hit enemies from unpredictable angles.
