Fubuki Personality

When Fubuki was younger, she was very self-conscious about her appearance, particularly her large bust. Nowadays, Fubuki wears fancy and expensive clothing as she believes in the saying "clothes define the man", giving her a rather stylish and confident image. Fubuki on the outside is a cool and self-assured person who does not doubt her abilities, but understands her limits to a certain extent. She would do anything at all costs to secure her position as the top-ranked heroine in B-Class. However, despite Fubuki's psychic talents and potential, she has been shown to, on the inside, possess a massive inferiority complex, being insecure and frustrated by living in the shadow of her powerful sister Tatsumaki. Fubuki appears to be a charismatic leader as many of her group members respect and care for her and are willing to risk their lives for her. In return, she cares deeply for the members of the Blizzard Group and relies heavily on them to advance her ranks, despite her own talents in telekinesis.

Tatsumaki Personality (1)

Tatsumaki has a rather brash, moody, hotheaded, and impatient personality. She is disrespectful towards most people, especially to those she deems incompetent. She is completely intolerant to those she deems impertinent, as shown when she slammed Genos into a large piece of rubble for retaliating against her verbal abuse of Saitama.[8] However, she did stop when Bang scolded her for her actions to him.[8] Tatsumaki especially dislikes being ignored or being called things like "brat" and "runt". Despite her arrogant personality, she feels obligated to defeat monsters and considers her job as a hero to be a duty, accepting any of the Hero Association's requests to defeat monsters.[9] Due to the fact that she tends to get bored when she is not fighting monsters, she also seeks monsters to fight in her own time. She has a bit of a soft side towards her little sister, Fubuki, but she is also very overprotective and controlling of her.

Tatsumaki Personality (2)

The superiority complex Tatsumaki has developed has prevented her from developing any humility and she has little empathy towards others. This poor self-awareness has caused her to use her power seemingly without caution or care for those around her and has often prevented her from thinking carefully about the consequences of her actions. For example, her explosive temper caused earthquakes and multiple threats that the hero association tried to respond to when she became angry at Saitama for calling her a brat and a midget. This may be part of the reason why her fellow S-Class heroes and others within the association, while very respectful of her abilities, see her as a spoiled brat and a child rather than an adult, much to her chagrin. Her poor communication skills and prideful attitude have done little to soften this initial impression and are the cause of her poor relationship with her sister. Confidence in her ability along with past trauma have made Tatsumaki extremely self-reliant, to the point she considers friendships and relationships of any kind to be of no value. She threatened to rip all the contacts and friends out of Fubuki's life calling them parasites and believing them to be the cause of her sister's slow development, though her own poor mentorship and extremely controlling nature are the more likely cause. It has also made her very dismissive of her fellow heroes and she tends to ignore any criticism from them however valid it may be. Her confidence is not baseless, as nearly no opponents have ever proven to be more than a nuisance to her. She is terrible at socializing and sometimes even getting along with others, but loves her sister dearly. Because of this, Tatsumaki will do anything to make her sister stronger, even if it takes some force, though she never seems to take Fubuki's opinion into account when she does so. She always solves problems physically.

Psychokinesis: Tatsumaki is the most powerful esper. Her psychic power can violently shake the Hero Association headquarters, a building structure built to withstand an earthquake with a magnitude of 6 without people inside feeling the tremor. Tatsumaki can lift the entirety of Z-City. Flight: Tatsumaki uses psychokinesis to levitate and fly through the air at high speeds. Psychic Barriers: Tatsumaki can erect barriers that vary in size for defense. She was able to create a barrier large enough to protect her and her fellow heroes from several falling buildings. Telepathy: Tatsumaki can use telepathy to psychically contact her sister. Immense Speed and Reflexes: Tatsumaki was fast enough to react to and save the other S-Class heroes from multiple missiles. Enhanced Stamina and Endurance: Tatsumaki has demonstrated superhuman stamina and endurance in her battles against the Monster Association. She is able to keep fighting even after having exerted herself from using too much power and while suffering serious wounds. Fubuki is the strongest among her group and her class, She also claims to be capable enough to reach an upper rank in A-Class. Psychokinesis: Fubuki possesses psychic powers. She has displayed the ability to block a powerful attack from a Dragon-level Mysterious Being, although she was visibly exhausted afterward and claimed not to be able to do it again. Psychic Barriers: Fubuki can erect psychic barriers to protect herself or her allies. Flight: Fubuki's psychokinesis is strong enough for her to levitate in mid-air, or even fly at quick bursts when needed. Telepathy: Fubuki can use telepathy to psychically contact her sister. Expert Psychic Combatant: Although not nearly as powerful as her sister Tatsumaki, Fubuki is a skilled esper. Even as a young girl, she was allegedly capable of moving a truck. Fubuki has been shown to mainly use her psychokinesis when engaged in combat, using graceful but also destructive techniques which include throwing rocks, pebbles, and various other items at her target. With agile movement thanks to her power of flight, coupled with quick thinking for improvisation, Fubuki is also able to manipulate her surroundings to her advantage to impede or crush enemies. Hell Storm: Fubuki's signature move. This involves her surrounding the target with a strong tornado, drawing in rocks and nearby small objects to inflict damage along with the wind.

Classes / Hero Association

The Hero Association (ヒーロー協きょう会かい, Hīrō Kyōkai) is an organization founded by the multi-millionaire Agoni that manages all of the cities' heroes. When it was founded, the Hero Association was initially divided from C to A-Class, and a similar system was used for monsters. The Hero Association uses a hierarchical class system to organize its heroes, with four classes and individually numbered ranks within respective classes (classes C, B, A, and S). For example, the disaster level Demon was not called "Demon," but simply "Mysterious Being that could only be defeated by a group of A-Class heroes." The creation of the S-Class only came about as the Hero Association staff recognized that certain heroes were able to consistently defeat monsters that other top-ranked heroes failed to defeat. To prevent rare talents from being hidden, they formed a special class. This new class specializes in combat ability and is treated on the same level as an emergency army division. This new class came to be known as the S-Class. Based on various criteria, heroes are categorized into four different classes. The C-Class is associated as composing of the weakest heroes, while the S-Class is recognized as composing of the strongest heroes. To proceed to the next class up, a hero must be ranked number 1 in their current class, at which point they can choose to stay at the top of their class, or move up and start at the bottom of the next class up. In some cases, a hero can be placed directly into a higher class if their score on the entrance exam is high enough.
