On the outside, Fubuki is a callous, ambitious, and confident person who does not doubt her own abilities, but understands her limits to a certain extent, causing her to not do anything unreasonable. She would do anything at all costs to secure her position as the highest-ranked hero in Class B, such as inviting potential threats like Saitama to join the Killer Frost Group.
