He is a cat that is quite easy to anger, he gets irritated quite a bit, exploiting anger but that does not mean that he has a sweet and good side, he only shows it with the people he loves, his son... and his deceased mother, he hates the feeling of vulnerability and fear, he loves crime, power, money, and revenge. When Petey was a little kitten he was abandoned by his father he and his mother were forced to go to a shelter his father had sold the house abandoning them and taking the money from the house but despite the constant attempts of Petey's mother named Molly nothing was enough, Petey began to have fits of rage that he took out on the rest of the people in the shelter except his mother she... she was the only light he had in his life no matter what conditions were in how bad or good the situation was. Petey in his childhood was part of a group of Scouts but they were kicked out because he had been framed for something he didn't do. He was very sad and with so much anger and resentment that he made a plan that closed the scout club where he was. No one had Sanudo who was the one who caused it. Later when he entered adolescence his mother died of an illness that could have been prevented if they had bought a medicine. Petey escaped from the shelter with the promise of taking revenge on the city of everyone... who hurt him no matter what the cost. Petey met Li'l Petey when he found him abandoned. He understood how difficult it was to be in that situation. Just like with his mother, it was with the other person who showed him a more human and sweet side than with society. Although at first he saw him as a new partner in crime, he began to love him and care for him like his son. He hates Dogman for thwarting his plans and for being the police dog, however he has shared moments of friendship that have been quite pleasant, but he still hates him quite a bit for being so nosy in his plans, but he is one of the few people he doesn't hate that much.
