Little or nothing is known about the mysterious woman LeBlanc; since the creation of Noxus, she has been pulling strings in the shadows to always accomplish her mission, whether it be manipulating people or silencing those who think they will uncover her secrets.

Apparience:

LeBlanc has the appearance of a thin and slender woman. Her hair is black and completely straight. In addition, she has golden eyes that match the lipstick she usually uses. She always wears two golden tears that highlight her presence as a witch.

Mindset:

LeBlanc is a woman you should never trust, throughout her long life. She has betrayed sorcerers, murdered kings, attacked nations and always got away with it. If she seeks you out, it is because she needs something from you or wants you out of her way. For she has always liked to reign in the shadows alongside the Black Roses. Despite liking being a bad girl, she still likes to be pampered and despite loving being feared, she also loves being adored by her people.

The Black Rose:

The Black Rose is a phantom organization that rules Noxus from the shadows, controlling politicians and the entire government without them knowing. LeBlanc was one of the founders of the Black Rose and is now one of the main heads behind this entire organization that seeks to control all of Runeterra from the shadows.

Likes and Dislikes:

LeBlanc, despite having uncontrolled ambition, has always been a fan of magic. There is no spell, rune or curse that she does not know, and if there is one, she will soon find out. She also likes to manipulate people, turning them against what they believed to be right and simply for fun. She likes autumn, and despite being one of the greatest influences of the black rose, she hates dealing with politicians.

Skills and Magic:

LeBlanc at a young age, had a good contact with dark magic. Learning its secrets and the runes that accompany it, after learning to control her human mortality, she managed to achieve an almost eternal life thanks to magic. In addition to learning several more. Such as indestructible golden chains, teleportation for a certain time, curses. And even the unique ability to create illusions of herself. She also uses a golden staff with a dark-red rune on the tip which allows her to concentrate the magic of her body to direct her attacks.
