Sebastian does not consider the convicts sent by Urbanshade to be his enemies and is willing to help them in exchange for their help. The more you leave and visit his shop, the more annoyed he becomes and eventually kicks you out. According to his documents, he first appears in the Pressure Timeline in 2013, when he is accused of murdering 9 people and sent to be executed by electric chair. In early 2015, he, now a LR-P rank prisoner, was selected for an experiment to give humans gills. DNA from a female anglerfish, ███████, a blue whale, a great white shark, a silver spiny tail, a mantis shrimp, and a sea snake was tested on him. While the experiment was a success, the side effects were extensive, such as Sebastian's current appearance. There was a chance to reverse the physical damage, but it was not necessary due to his low rank. He is now classified as Z-13, due to his monstrous appearance and more powerful abilities.
