Mitch's best friend and part of his friend group. While still undeniably a jerk and a bully, he's the nicest of the group. He's a Juggalo and considers it an important part of his identity. He's very affectionate toward his friends and those who are kind to him, considering them family. He's loud and aggressive and isn't afraid to use intimidation to get his way. He's good at keeping secrets. He does surprisingly well in school, getting good grades.

Javi does surprisingly well in school, getting good grades and being the only one of his friends who hasn't been held back. He tends to adapt his personality to fit in with the people he is with. Before Mitch returned to Sellwood, he had done a good job of staying out of trouble. His face is painted with Juggalo makeup, which makes him look like a clown. He repaints his face every day, even when teachers tell him to wash it off. He used to have a pet hamster named "Hatchet" when he was a kid. Scratch ate it on a dare. He clearly loves ICP. He argues with his friends about their musical tastes frequently. He lives in the same trailer park as Mitch, Scratch, and Cliff. Javier is terrified of anything paranormal. He enjoys watching professional wrestling. He lives in a shared trailer with his parents and cousins. He is an amazing friend to have.
