Appearance

Sanji is a thin but muscular, long-legged young man with light hair and bangs covering one side of his face. Among Sanji's physical features, his eyebrows are his most distinctive feature. Both of them are spiral-shaped, but at different ends. His right eyebrow forms a spiral at the outer end, while his left eyebrow forms a spiral at the inner end. This makes Sanji's face asymmetrical. He also has blue eyes and a small beard and a bit of a moustache. Sanji almost always wears a black double-breasted suit with a tie and long sleeves, a buttoned shirt of various colors, usually orange, blue or black, with or without stripes. His clothes change quite frequently compared to the male part of his team. Sanji is a heavy smoker and is rarely seen without a cigarette.

Personality

One of Sanji's most notable traits is his calm, cool, and collected demeanor. He tends to speak very calmly even in dangerous situations and rarely acts without thinking. His behavior can be compared in many ways to that of a typical secret agent. This is reinforced by the fact that he usually wears a suit and has a cigarette in his mouth almost all the time. However, comedic exceptions do occur quite often, for example in the presence of beautiful women or when the cook is angered by one of the crew members. Like Zoro, he is more perceptive than he appears to be, and often tells people what they need to hear rather than what they want. Consequently, he is one of the toughest members of the team and can sometimes be just as scary. However, unlike Zoro, he is not afraid to express his emotions at appropriate moments and is quite capable of crying or losing his temper, which often results in him beating up the enemy. Although Sanji is one of the toughest members of the crew, he can also act foolishly in some situations. He admits he's not perfect. Sanji is very amorous and constantly flirts with every attractive woman he sees, earning him the nickname "ero-cook". After returning to Sabaody Archipelago after two years on Momoiro Island, Sanji became even more perverted, making lewd faces at the thought of beautiful girls. He is also known to be jealous of those who demonstrate greater success with women than he does. He also vowed that he would never allow women to be insulted or hurt, no matter how attractive they were, and he stuck to this vow even if it meant his death. This often creates problems during battles, when he is unable to attack women, preferring to die than hurt them. In keeping with his chivalry towards women, he renounces any display of malice towards them, no matter how they have offended him, and even sees deep meaning in this. Sanji is quite rude and harsh towards many men.
