Inosuke is a male who is often shirtless, wearing dark blue pants, the standard uniform of demon slayers, secured with a wide wool belt and ending with blue wool socks with bare toes and heels. On his face, Inosuke wears a light gray boar mask. He has a handsome, feminine face, thin eyebrows, large green eyes with long eyelashes, and shoulder-length black hair that turns blue. As noted by other characters, his soft features contrast with his muscular build.
