Acchan is the ghost that lives in the abandoned hospital. Transparent Lower Half first met her when he tried to scare his next victims, but didn't go out as planned. Later on, he renovated the hospital as a living space and lives there. He also made the hospital into a haunted house where everyone else can meet Acchan.
