Appearance

Sengoku is a tall, muscular, agile, middle-aged man with a long beard and a curling moustache. He is usually seen with his pet goat. His cap covers his hair, which unfurls into a large afro. When he uses his power, his cap flies off, revealing his afro. He usually wears glasses and a white and gold dress uniform of an admiral of the watch, which is decorated with medals. The most distinctive features are the seagull on top of his cap and the Marine coat he wears like a cloak. On the back of the coat is a blue inscription that says "justice". During the two years of Time Skip, Sengoku has aged noticeably and his hair has turned grey. His clothes have changed from his Marine uniform to more casual ones. He wears a dark blue shirt with red and green curved lines on it, an orange tie, white Marine shorts, and a Marine cloak.

Personality

Sengoku is an extremely talented strategist. As the one who leads the Justice, he is able to calculate the strategy of a battle with hundreds of participants, while also correctly assessing the opponent's abilities. He is quite calm and patient, however, he cannot be called emotionless: he often raises his voice at Garp when he allows himself too much. Despite his wisdom and desire to implement the dogmas of justice, Sengoku showed himself to be a rather cruel person. Sengoku's cruelty is moderate and subject to his strict control. After becoming Chief Inspector, Sengoku seems to have become more cheerful and laid-back, and takes things very casually. Sengoku's drastic change in behavior is a result of him now having less responsibility than before.
