Personality

Ronaldo is an extremely rough, short-tempered, foul-mouthed and stubborn man who frequently loses his temper with Draluc, making the vampire die multiple times even in the span of a few hours. On the other hand, he becomes a doting parent when it comes to John in spoiling him and making sure he stays safe. He is professional when it comes to his main work and never skips regardless of the client that he gets, he gives his all to accomplish the job properly. But much like with everyone else, he's verbally rough with his clients. Regardless, he treats everyone in Autumn Publishing and his fans with utmost respect without missing a beat. In contrast to Draluc, Ronaldo's not good at house chores and is terrible at games in general. However, he is good at shooting games given that it is his specialty. In contrast to his physical strength, ability to do amazing feats, and being skilled in literature, Ronaldo is very emotional and a crybaby as he dislikes being left behind and will instantly feel hurt if he feels intentionally isolated or bullied by people he considers as his friends. He also cries at anything that moves his heart no matter how trivial it can be.

Ronaldo is a skilled writer who works on his own autobiography series, "The War Chronicles of Ronaldo." He sometimes has self-depreciating moments where he reveals his lack of self-confidence on his skills as a writer due to lack of materials to work from or during a moment of writer's block. Writing or not, when the low points hit, he's prone to calling himself a "maggot" with few creative companies to express his own disappointment in himself. This appears to have grown since his teen years when he believed that his older brother Hiyoshi quit as a vampire hunter after an injury from a vampire bite on his shoulder.

Relationship with Handa

Tou Handa is a dhampir: half-human, half-vampire. When Ronaldo said he wanted to become a hunter, he took offense to that, because his mother, Akemi, is a vampire herself. She's also a huge fan of Ronaldo's work as well. He and Ronaldo don't get along very well. In fact, Handa has a huge grudge against Ronaldo. He was his former classmate back in high school. Handa would always torment Ronaldo with pranks, mostly related to celery.

Fukuma

Fukuma is Ronaldo's editor from Autumn Books who makes sure that his manuscripts are done on time. however, when Ronaldo misses his deadline, he would try to come up with an excuse and have his clothes torn to shreds by Fukuma's battle axe. Other times, Fukuma will place Ronaldo in an iron maiden and have him complete his manuscript until he's down.

When hit by Mr. Lewd Talk's lewd beam, Ronaldo can only say how he likes boobs and how big they are.

John

John is an armadillo and Draluc's familiar that lives with Ronaldo. Ronaldo usually spoils him a lot.

Siblings

Hiyoshi, his older brother who's captain of the Vampire Control Division, and Himari, his younger sister. Ronaldo has an obsessive admiration towards Hiyoshi, who thinks he can do nothing wrong. He's also overprotective towards Himari.

Draluc

The vampire that teams up with Ronaldo. Draluc moved in and now stays with Ronaldo ever since his castle was blown up by him by accident. However, this vampire can be a huge pain in his ass to deal with. Ronaldo would usually kill him time after time again.

The Hunters Guild

He has a strong relationship with the hunters in the guild. He shows a lot of respect towards the guild master, Gosetsu. He's also close friends with Satetsu and Shot.

Vampires

Ronaldo has dealt with tons of vampires in the city. It won't be a problem if he has to deal with the ones he encountered before.

Paul McCartney

It's the name Ronaldo had to come up with to try to hide his identity when Draluc took him to a New Year's party at the top of Vrince Hotel, where Draluc's family members. Draluc lied to them saying that he met Ronaldo doing pole dancing once at the station.
