Vanellope is a programming glitch in Sugar Rush, the candy-based kart racing game. Vanellope has the spirit of a race car driver ingrained in her code. So she's determined to be on the starting grid with the rest of the racers. But there's a problem: the other racers don't want her in the game, and they don't want her programming glitch either. After years of feeling left out, Vanellope has developed a wicked sense of humor and a very sharp tongue (figuratively speaking). But beneath that tough shell is a heart that's ready to melt.

Vanellope is a glitch in the arcade racing game Sugar Rush Speedway, where she wishes she could compete as a racer, but is rejected by the other characters because of her situation, so she always looks for a way to try to participate in a race. When the arcade closes, all the Sugar Rush racers compete, the first 9 places will be the avatars to be chosen by the players as characters to compete, so Vanellope tries to sneak into one of those races to be able to be an avatar.

Princess

After crossing the finish line, the Sugar Rush Speedway game resets, and Vanellope's code becomes part of the game again, making her glitch a special power-up, and thus giving Vanellope the chance to exit the game. Taffyta, like the other Sugar Rush Runners, is inspired by sweets, especially strawberries and candy canes, and by the chibi style of anime. She is short, has grayish blue eyes and is thin with very light blonde hair. She wears a pink dress with white glitter, a dark pink jacket with a candy green collar, a pink and green glitter strawberry-shaped helmet, white gloves, and pink shoes. Taffyta is known for being a competitive and tough racer, being the second best racer behind only Vanellope, thanks to which her ego has grown, and she has become very arrogant, so much so that she made the other Sugar Rush Racers obey her. Her closest friends are Candlehead, Rancis, and Fluggerbutter, and she loves strawberry popsicles. Taffyta is also very loyal, as seen when she tries to stop Vanellope from racing as King Candy directed. However, when Vanellope reveals herself to be the rightful ruler of Sugar Rush and unlocks the memories of all the inhabitants, Taffyta quickly apologizes to her for her previous attitude, showing that she is mature enough to recognize her mistakes. Taffyta's vehicle is a kart named Pink Lightning, which she uses to race at Sugar Rush Speedway. Like the other Sugar Rush Racers' karts, it is inspired by candy, in this case, lollipops and strawberry candies. It is translucent pink, has mirrors made of red and white spiral lollipops, and has pink speckled rims, the two rear ones being larger than the front ones. Taffyta's Pink Lightning is a Formula 1-like car. It is made of strawberry hard candy with a white number one on the sides. The wheels are also made of strawberry hard candy, but have white dots on the outside and white stripes on the inside. Its mirrors are strawberry lollipops.

Rancis is a short, thin boy with white skin, blond hair and blue eyes. He wears an orange shirt with two diagonal yellow lines on it, a brown jacket on top, as well as his pants and shoes, and a small brown hat that looks like a chocolate candy wrapper. Rancis is very self-centered, he loves to look at himself in the mirror of his car, he is somewhat serious and has very good techniques on the race track. Jubileena is a pretty, short and thin girl, her skin is a reddish tone, her eyes are brown, her hair is red and she is styled in 2 pigtails. She wears a white t-shirt with a picture of a cherry on it, over this a red jacket with white lines, a skirt with small cherries on the bottom, as well as wearing legwarmers, tights and red shoes. Jubileena is a person who does not care much about winning races, for her the most important thing is to have fun, in addition to being, like Candlehead, one of the kindest racers in the game, but when Turbo erases everyone's memories in Sugar Rush, she begins to bother Vanellope for being a "glitch". Jubileena's car is a slice of cherry pie. Its wheels are made of cherry ice cream, connected to the car by white tubes. The front wheels are smaller than the back ones. Minty Zaki

Zaki is a short, thin girl with green hair and brown eyes. Minty's car is a mint green wrapper with gold stripes on the ends. The wheels are mint green with white and the front ones are smaller than the back ones. She parks between Crumbelina and Swizzle. Minty Sakura has the same car.

Swizzle Malarkey

Swizzle is a short, thin boy with brown eyes, dark skin and green hair. He wears a blue jacket and a pair of pants, the latter with turquoise and purple lines. His shoes are green, and he wears a blue helmet with green horizontal lines. "Live life to the last breath," is the philosophy of this racer for whom there is nothing he can't do, no trick he can't perform or anyone he can't beat, he competes in an elegant way, but also fast. He is calm and carefree. His car is a giant cone-shaped paddle with the colors of the rainbow. The wheels are round paddles. The spoiler appears to be 2 sticks holding a purple rectangle. Swizzle parks between Rancis and Minty.

Candlehead

Candlehead, like the other Sugar Rush Runners, is inspired by the chibi style of anime and sweets, especially cakes............................................................. She is a short, thin girl with light, slightly pink skin, big green eyes, and hair of the same color in two pigtails. She wears a shirt with brown stripes and a pink jacket over it, a pink skirt and brown leggings with pink speckles, black shoes with pink laces that look like frosting, and a helmet with a candle on it, pretending to be a cake. Candlehead is one of the happiest and kindest racers in Sugar Rush, however, she does everything Taffyta tells her to do, even bothering and bullying Vanellope. Candlehead is also somewhat of a coward, as she blames Taffyta instead of accepting responsibility for her actions. Candlehead loves candles, and is horrified when they go out, especially the one on her helmet. as for example from what was written above it can be seen in the movie that Candlehead only believes that Vanellope is the princess of Sugar Rush when Taffyta mentions it since she can be seen quite calm between the moment they mention Vanellope as the princess of Sugar Rush and before Taffyta mentioned it. Crumbelina DiCaramello

Crumbelina DiCaramello is a very pretty young woman with tanned skin, honey-amber eyes, and dark brown hair tied in tight buns on either side of her head. She wears a beige racing cap drizzled with chocolate and featuring a brown heart with a white outline; the bill appears to be made of some kind of cookie. Crumbelina's jacket is metallic gold and her skirt is a milky coffee hue, while her shirt is white with a chocolate filigree in the middle. Her leggings are a dark brown color with darker stripes that match her boots with little hearts on them. Her racing outfit consists of her usual outfit, along with a white helmet with a brown heart on it and a golden yellow visor. She likes luxury. "With the exterior of a fancy mint candy, Crumbelina DiCaramello is Sugar Rush's most stylish racer. But when it comes to racing, extravagance and wealth don't distract DiCaramello - she considers herself a thoroughbred racer." Crumbelina's car looks like a real car. It's made of tiramisu, an Italian dessert. Her wheels are similar to Taffyta's but brown. She wears the number 8. The car is chocolate-colored (white and brown). It has chocolate frosting on the sides. It parks near Minty.

Wreck-It Ralph
