Venus is a short-tempered rocky planet that can also become aggressive when provoked too much. He hates the fact that he was named after the Roman goddess of beauty and love, Venus, so the planets would occasionally make fun of him. He is usually seen being domineering towards Mercury which would cause the latter to stay in its orbit, not really allowing it to interact with the other planets at times, even verbally bullying it by calling it a "dwarf" due to its small size. Venus also nearly kills Mercury by throwing an asteroid at it in a fit of rage after the latter mocked it for the meaning of its name in the "Venus Wants a Makeover" video. He is also shown being verbally aggressive towards Earth and Mars when they accidentally create a ruckus when playing with each other by calling them idiots and ordering them to go back to their orbits. The irony is that he himself would go out of his orbit from time to time to give orders.
