Dandy's World

Pebble

Appearance Pebble is a small Toon rock dog with a fractured texture with smoothed out sides, belly, and back. Her main body and tail are a dark gray, while all four of her legs are a lighter shade of gray. She has a black nose and large, white eyes. She has hollow clover-shaped designs on both of her cheeks that are the same color as her legs. Personality Playful, mischievous, curious and cheerful, he can only bark or make dog or puppy sounds, he cannot speak.

Scraps

Appearance Scraps is a yellow paper craft shaped like a cat. Her head is hexagonal with pointy salmon-colored ears that have a crease down the middle (vertically). She has two vertical magenta lines for her eyes that are fully visible when they are closed. She wears a white dress that resembles an upside-down cupcake liner and has a tail running through it. Her tail is yellow, thin, hairless, and has a single magenta-colored cup with a white edge at the tip. On each of her limbs, she has round, salmon-colored paws with three sharp, magenta-colored claws on each. Personality Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her brother Goob. She is sometimes silly and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney and Tisha. She can also act somewhat immature in some situations, such as in her interactions with Pebble and one with Shrimpo. Overall, she is mature for the most part and cares about her brother Goob, making sure to be there for him. She also enjoys crafts, as stated on her business card.

Toodles

Appearance Toodles is a gray, almost black, 8-ball with a white spot on her forehead with a gray number "8" on it. She has black blush under her eyes and wears a sleeveless white dress with a gray hood and two black cords hanging from it. She usually has a playful smile on her face that reveals her teeth. Personality Childish, rude, language of 2024 (esquibidi toilet, potaxie, etc.) tantrum

Flutter

Appearance Flutter is a butterfly with a pink, heart-shaped head and pink legs. She has two thin antennae topped with upside-down purple hearts. She has cyan eyeshadow and two eyelashes per eye. She wears a simple, light purple dress and has dark purple fluff the same color as the hearts on her antennae around her neck. Flutter has a pair of cyan wings with white heart details on the front wings and two small back wings. She has no arms or mouth. Personality Flutter is a mute Toon , as she is shown to be unable to speak other than in '..." or "..!" However, this does not mean that she cannot make noise, as shown in Shrimpo's interaction with her when she says "I HATE HOW YOU'RE SO LOUD!" though this might just be an overreaction on Shrimpo's part. Also, many Toons seem to understand her, as in their interactions they react according to the other dialogue Flutter has said. Despite this, she is kind and a good friend to the other Toons , and tries to be helpful. Her interaction with Cosmo shows that she is indeed a helpful Toon , though she is not given as much credit as she says "Yeah, I guess you don't listen to him enough, that would cheer you up."

Poppy

Appearance Pоppy is a light cyan bubble that has a smaller bubble on the back of her head that resembles a ponytail. She has sparkles on the front of her head, on the back of her smaller bubble, and on her hands. She has a large pink bow with a yellow centerpiece. She wears a pink dress the same color as her bow that consists of a sleeveless top and a circle skirt. She also wears pink and yellow striped socks that completely cover her legs. Her skin is outlined by a blue cape. Personality Poppy is a cheerful and outgoing Toon. She tends to be loud at times, such as in her interactions with Boxten and Goob. She seems to like fashion or looking good, as shown by her interactions with Scraps, Rodger, Pebble, and Flutter. She is also likely to be good friends with Gigi. Overall, she is outgoing, cheerful, and sociable.

Tooth

Appearance Gigi is a red gachapon with dark red accents. Her eyes are half-closed with dark red eyelids and two eyelashes at the bottom of her eyes. The top half of her head is transparent and can be opened. She wears a light blue sweater with a darker collar and sleeves and a yellow star in the middle. She has long sleeves that go past her hands, covering them completely. She has dark red legs and light red feet. She is the only Toon to have feet that are lighter in color than her legs. Personality Gigi is a calm and laid-back Toon, who is also chaotic and likes to tease some of the Toons. She is likely a hoarder and disorganized, based on her interactions with Tisha and Vee. She also doesn't like keeping promises, as she told Vee. Overall, she is friendly, likes having conversations, and is good friends with Poppy and Flutter, and likes doing activities with them.

Brightney

Appearance Brightney is a lamp with a magenta scalloped shade with a white border at the top. She has a white blush under her eyes as well as white arms, with her right arm usually placed on her right hip. She has a slightly tight waist and her torso, bottom, and the tips of her feet are a magenta that is slightly darker than the magenta of her shade. She wears magenta tights. Below her shade is a white light bulb suspended by white poles and a long, white neck. During blackouts, he emits a white glow, which is noticeably brighter and larger than that of the other Toons. Personality Through her Dialogue and Name Card, Brightney appears to be an intelligent and helpful Toon. As her Active Skill suggests, she is skilled at solving problems, as well as helping out fellow Toons. However, she is likely overworked at times (as suggested by her Dialogues with Boxten and Tisha) Brightney seems to show her overworked side as she says, "I always have something on my mind, Boxten!" and "I always have to be three steps ahead of those Twisteds!", which, when combined with the note in her RPG room with a to-do list, suggests a deeper side of being overworked. Despite this, she is always willing to help out with whatever her fellow Toons ask of her, showing her personality as a hardworking, yet friendly person.

Shelly

Appearance Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening usually seen on the left side of her head, though some artwork shows her on the right side. She has an orange blush and two eyelashes under her eyes. She wears a sleeveless dress with a light brown undershirt and a dark brown dress over it. Personality Shelly is an outgoing Toon, who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs with the other Toons. She seems to have concerns about being ignored, but attempts to brush it off and claim that it is okay, based on her interaction with Teagan and one with Tisha. She also seems to be surprised when Astro or Vee talk to her in one of each of their interactions, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other main Toons. She is also the most ignored or forgotten Toon out of all the main Toons, and this has been implied by Gift Shop Floor, her Twisted counterpart's description, and one of Qwel's doodles of her.

Water

Appearance Vee is a pistachio green television with a black screen. He has two black antennae topped with grey orbs, with his left antenna bent into a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. His facial features are lime green with a confident look on his face. His torso is the same color as his television head, while his bowtie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. His limbs are grey, and as seen in some artwork and his idle animations, he is revealed to have a tail with a microphone ornament on it. The microphone has a dark green handle with a grey grille. During blackouts, it emits a green glow. Personality Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and displays her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogue and interactions. She subtly displays some dislike towards Dandy in some of her dialogue. She is shown to be logical and wants the other Toons to improve, though she can be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion beyond not being amused most of the time, but displaying confidence. She has trouble praising others without seeming ambiguous, as shown in one of her interactions with Brightney. She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when interacting with most Toons. Although Vee appears direct and blunt, she shows signs that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them.

Teagan

Appearance Teagan is a white teacup with a light yellow base, scalloped rim, and body. She has gold eyeshadow and droopy black eyes with two eyelashes at the bottom. She wears a long V-neck dress of the same shade as her eyeshadow with three small light gold stars on the top right, bottom right, bottom left, and back of the dress. She wears two golden gloves and holds a white fluffy boa shawl around her neck. She has golden-brown colored tea inside her head, which was confirmed to be sweet tea in her Dialogue with Finn. She also has a black bottom lip. Personality Teagan is a kind Toon who likes to invite the other Toons to her tea parties. She knows how to make teas suitable for the other Toons and has memorized their favorite types of tea, which is stated on her business card and demonstrated by her interactions. She is also calm and collected. They also seem to like maintaining etiquette, based on her interaction with Pebble and her interaction with Rodger, where they say that they make sure no Ichor gets on her boa.

Tisha

Appearance Tisha is a cyan-colored tissue box wearing a dark blue dress with a light blue rounded edge at the end. She holds a feather duster with a black handle that has dark brown feathers with light brown edges. She has three freckles on her cheeks and between her eyes. She has a white bandana coming out of the top of her head and a white scarf on her neck that resembles a jabot. Personality He likes cleanliness, that everything is tidy and if they don't obey he can take weapons from where there seems to be none and he is kind.

Razzle y Dazzle

Appearance Razzle and Dazzle's heads are comedy and tragedy masks. Razzle, being the white comedy mask, is smiling with a grey blush under his eyes on his cheeks. Dazzle, being the black tragedy mask, has streams of white tears running down his cheeks and a worried expression on his face. Both masks are U-shaped, with rounded bases and pointed top edges that somewhat resemble horns. They have red collars that tie together in the front like a scarf. They wear a simple black sleeveless shirt that slightly exposes the lower part of their torso. Their torso and limbs are split down the middle, with the right legs and arms being white like Razzle and the left legs and arms being grey like Dazzle. Personality Being conjoined twins, Razzle and Dazzle have extremely different personalities, represented by their respective theater masks. Unlike his twin, Razzle is a rather enthusiastic and friendly Toon. Razzle seems to be eager to spend time with others, as well as enjoying being the center of attention. He states "I couldn't be better!" when asked how he is, reflecting his optimistic and happy personality. However, Dazzle is a rather gloomy and pessimistic character. He appears to have a rather negative attitude and a slightly depressive personality, and dismisses positive comments about him. After receiving a compliment from Boxten, Dazzle says "I wish the best I could have done was enough...", further suggesting this. However, despite being so different, neither of the twins fight, but are open and accepting of each other despite their oppositions.

Boxing

Appearance Boxten is a purple music box with a dark purple lid. Each side of the box has a light purple pattern consisting of a square shape with short lines facing inwards and coming out of each corner of the square. He has a dark purple torso that is the same color as the lid and wears a blue scarf around his neck, as well as pants that match the color of the scarf with two darker blue stripes. Personality Boxten is a shy and introverted Toon. He is sometimes somewhat pessimistic and worries more than he should, as shown in one of his interactions with Poppy and some of his dialogue. He also wants to learn things and tries to be careful and is afraid of messing things up, according to his interaction with Cosmo.

Location

Appearance Goob is a beige humanoid craft, with a rounded, square-shaped head that has tufts of fluff on its forehead and cheeks. He has a light yellowish-orange blush under his eyes, with blue freckles above the blush on the left side, while the right is red. He has a light yellowish-orange torso, with tufts of fluff on his neck. He has long, thick, noodle-like black ropes for arms, with the blue left hand on the right side with red claws, and the red right hand on the left side with blue claws. Both hands are rounded and large. He also has light yellowish-orange stripes on his knees and ankles. He is usually depicted as cross-eyed. Personality Goob is a kind and sociable Toon. He is energetic and rather innocent, as shown in his interaction with Rodger, which shows that he has no intention of doing anything strategic when hugging others, instead believing that others just need a hug. He also gets excited easily.

Glisten

Appearance Glisten is a circular mirror with a light gold colored rim and body. The rim swirls around the top of his head, giving it the appearance of hair, and he has a pink blush under his eyes. He has a large pink bow behind him that is tied around his chest. He wears white leg warmers with pink polka dots on them, and can be seen holding a microphone in his artwork. Personality On the outside, Glisten appears to be prideful and selfish, and seems to admire himself more than anything. He also seems to want attention from others. However, Glisten does have an insecure side that he tries to hide, as hinted at in many of his interactions. Some of his interactions with Tisha, Toodles, and Rodger show him getting defensive when his more insecure side is shown. He also tries to keep up his cover of being "perfect", as shown in one of his notes written in his room. He also tries too hard, which is also shown in 2 of his notes in his room.

Rodger

Appearance Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of its lens. His eye is perpetually squinting from above (perhaps out of exhaustion, disdain, or concentration). His handle has a light violet-blue band surrounding it. He wears a gray, almost black, tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt and a ruffled jabot that is the same color as the band around his handle. In its most complete form, it carries with it a brown suitcase. Personality Rodger is a fairly intelligent Toon who thinks logically. He often likes to ask the Toons questions about themselves. However, he can be a bit nosy about it, such as in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying "It may be safer, but finding out truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? I might ask you after this!" Still, he tries to look out for the Toons' safety and well-being.

Cosmo

Appearance Cosmo is a brown cake that resembles a rolled sponge cake. He has white frosting drizzled in a wavy pattern on the top of his head combined with cyan, pink, and lime colored star-shaped sprinkles as freckles. He wears a white sleeveless sweatshirt with black drawstrings and a white hem at the bottom. He has striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles that completely cover his legs. On his information card, he can be seen holding a baking sheet filled with cookies with pink, green, white, and teal frosting. Personality Cosmo is a helpful, if somewhat cautious, Toon. He shows his hesitation and anxiety through his dialogue when finishing a machine or going down to lower floors. He is a kind Toon who cheers up the other Toons. He can be a little absent-minded in some jokes and somewhat gullible to teasing, such as in his interactions with Finn and Gigi. He always goes out of his way to help his friends and is always there to make sure they are okay, always ready to lend a helping hand or a tasty snack!

Shrimpo

Appearance Shrimpo is the abdomen of a shrimp with a perpetually angry face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each has a single white line in them. He has a light pink blush under his eyes, and all of his limbs fade from light pink to orange. He wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the end, running horizontally around the shirt. Personality Shrimpo is a fairly static and flat character, showing a lack of depth and no change in his personality, similar to many stereotypical "bully" characters in many children's shows. Shrimpo is an aggressive, short-tempered, and constantly angry Toon. The most notable part of his personality is that he hates everything he sees, hears, or does. He screams all of his dialogue (as is evident because said dialogue is in all caps) and verbally bullies the other Toons. In one of his conversations with Glisten, he shows no willingness to change for the better.

Finn

Appearance Finn is a blue fishbowl filled with water. He wears an orange life jacket and white pants with orange stripes. He is also missing a tooth. During his walking animation, he spills water out of his head (possibly meaning that its contents are not vital to his survival). There are no fish or objects visible inside his head, though it is mentioned in multiple interactions that there is a toy fish in there. Personality Finn is an energetic and outgoing Toon. He has an interest in marine life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of puns. He can sometimes go overboard and continue making puns even if a Toon didn't like it, based on his interaction with Glisten. He can also be somewhat forgetful about what some of the Toons don't want, such as forgetting not to get too close to Vee, based on their interaction.

Sprout

Appearance Sprout is a female strawberry who only wears a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck that also covers his back. He is usually depicted with five simple mint-green leaves, three of which rest on top of his head while the other two cover his forehead as bangs, though his 3D model adds one more leaf on his bangs. He has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vivid shade of light red. Personality Sprout is a direct and overprotective Toon . He often talks about or mentions Cosmo in many of their interactions. He can also be aggressive when he has good intentions for the other Toons , as implied by what Dandy says when you buy him, and one of his interactions with Astro and both with Pebble . He especially cares for his best friend Cosmo . He also has an interest in baking, especially with Cosmo . Sprout is generally concerned about the Toons and their well-being and safety, but can come across as pushy or direct.

Astro

Appearance Astro is a light blue waning crescent moon. The left side of his face is black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point where they are barely visible as faint grooves in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to reveal his legs which are the same color as the lunar side of his face. There is an indigo stripe running horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a hanging nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue border and a light blue pom-pom at the tip. During blackouts, he emits a blue glow. Personality Astro is a quiet Toon who seems to willingly socialize only with those he is closest to or most comfortable with. He enjoys peace and quiet, and seems to at least mildly dislike anything that interferes with those two things. Astro genuinely cares for the Toons around him, though he can come across as aloof at times. Much of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, the floor based on it, and his interactions with other Toons.

Dandy

Appearance Dandy is a fictional flower-like species. His most defining features are his petals. He has six that are individually colored red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in clockwise order, with the red being the one on the top of his head. His face and torso are off-white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. Personality At first glance, Dandy appears to be a diplomatic and intelligent character, but also suspicious and with darker secrets. Dandy seems impatient or scared of being ignored, loses his temper when you don't buy from him, and eventually becomes angry. Although Dandy is not evil, it has been hinted that he has done some questionable things with Operation Ichor. However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done and is just as paranoid as the rest of the Toons with the current situation they are in. Dandy remains silent and says nothing more than "..." when you buy Astro, implying that he may feel remorse over his Twisted counterpart's revelation. He also subtly shows that he fears being ignored and losing his friendship with the other Toons, which is further implied by his dialogues during the second stage when you do not buy from him. However, he tries to hide most of it by acting as if nothing happened after meeting his twisted counterpart, trying to keep up his cheerful act. Overall, Dandy is a morally grey character who hides many secrets, but tries to hide them behind a prouder and more cheerful facade.
