Looey

Appearance Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple ears, cheeks, and uneven limbs. He has a yellow balloon tail on his back and wears a white turtleneck sweater with a green and purple polka dot pattern. When hurt by a Twisted, its head will deflate. Personality Looey appears to be a cheerful and bright Toon who is part of a circus troupe. Despite his cheerfulness, he seems to have a more paranoid side that he tries to hide. They seem to be paranoid because no one is watching or accompanying them, such as in their extraction lines. Overall, he's a kind character who wants others to be happy, but he also has a hidden paranoid side.
