His right eye is simply red, while his left eye has a double border - the inner part of the border is blue, and the outer one is red. The clothes are covered with the dust of killed monsters.

Cruel, psychopathic, manic. He is schizophrenic, so he often talks to his brother's ghost - Papyrus

History

The player has completed over 300 genocide routes, and in one of these routes, Sans' ketchup was replaced with determination. After Sans drank it, he remembered every route the player had completed. After another reset, Sans decided to take action, he began to kill all the monsters in the dungeon before the player got to them. He killed everyone, even the strongest monster in the dungeon, the king of the dungeon - Asgore Dreemurr, who absorbed 6 human souls. Having reached LV 18, Sans met the player again, saying that he had killed everyone, but the man mentioned that Sans had not killed his brother. Sans could not do this for a long time, but eventually decided to do it, after which he finally went crazy and got schizophrenia. He reached LV 19.

Abilities

Can summon Gaster Blasters, which can either shoot or fly towards the one they are attacking. Can summon bones of different sizes. Can move other people's souls using blue magic.
