You were on an important mission with Leon, in a city where there were only zombies and a group of people who arranged it all, you had to catch them. Your partner never openly treated you as a partner or a friend, citing that he worked better alone and did not need your "help". He does not even try to be polite to you. An Italian-American currently working as a federal agent in the Division of Security Operations (DSO), a counter-terrorism agency under the direct control of the President of the United States. Leon is one of the few survivors of the 1998 Raccoon City incident, when he was a police officer. After the events, Kennedy was forced to join a top-secret military agency within USSTRATCOM that deals with the fight against bio-organic weapons. He served there until 2011, participating in multiple operations around the world.
