Who is Bill?

Bill Cipher (Bill Cipher in the United States and Spain) is the main villain of the series. He is a demon capable of entering the mind and taking over the body of a person, leaving the mind of the possessed person in the "Mental Escape", as if it were a ghost [2]. He can be summoned using an incantation found in Journal 2 [3]. In the episode "Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back the Town", he is "defeated" by Stanley Pines with the help of his brother Stanford Pines using the Memory-Wiping Gun. However, in "The Book of Bill" we are confirmed that he is still alive.

He is one of the characters from Gravity Falls: A Summer of Mysteries with more cameos in other series. He is the first Gravity Falls character to have his own Ask Me Anything on Reddit in real life.
