Hawks Personality

Hawks is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and youthful attitude, while his constant vigilance is often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. Hawks acts relaxed, while being on constant alert. Due to his past and the way he lived during his childhood, Hawks developed a strong desire to be useful to others, which is why he follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation. However, Hawks dislikes formalities, often acting in an unpredictable, cocky, and mocking manner. He acts indifferent and playfully submissive as he does not care about social status or recognition. He serenely agrees when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and reacts with ironic adaptation when someone says he is younger. Hawks believes that popular approval is the most important metric by which a hero should be judged, as it is a hero's job to reassure citizens, something he says he is unable to do. Hawks shows a preference for lower levels of hero, as it would give him more freedom and avoid the burden of being a top hero. Hawks Appearance

Hawks is a relatively short man with a thin, narrow build. He notes to himself that his back muscles are not broad enough. He has feathery ash-blond hair, slicked back, with some of the front locks sticking out in arches above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and some faint stubble on his chin. His eyes are golden brown and rather triangular in shape, with two small black triangles just below his tear ducts, making his eyes look a bit like those of a bird. The markings around his eyes are naturally innate as he had them as a child. Due to his Quirk he has a set of large bright red wings with feathers that gradually lengthen as they grow. He wears a black t-shirt with a wavy gold pattern on it, over which he has a light brown jacket with a high collar, the inside and cuffs of the sleeves lined with shearling, matching pants, and black gloves. He has red, diamond-shaped earrings, though these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow headphones over them. His headphones are most likely for protective purposes, as the speeds at which he moves are capable of damaging eardrums beyond repair. Wide, yellow-tinted goggles protect his eyes, presumably from high-speed dirt particles. His jacket is specially modified, with two large slits in the middle of his back, allowing his wings to easily protrude. His suit resembles an aviator's uniform.

Hawks's Abilities

Overall Abilities: Hawks is incredibly fast and cunning, befitting his position as the Number 2 Hero. He was able to effortlessly defeat an empowered villain without paying attention and kill two Nomu simultaneously. Witty Intellect: Hawks has shown to be highly intelligent. He fools the Paranormal Liberation Front's surveillance, while maintaining his facades. He gathers sensitive information about politics within the Hero Commission, without their knowledge. Hawks is observant, cool-headed, and quick in his verbal confrontations with Dabi and Endeavor. Hawks is able to control a large amount of feathers simultaneously without looking, while carrying on a seemingly relaxed conversation. Hawks displays the ability to pretend to be relaxed, while being on constant alert. Sharp Eyes: From atop a skyscraper, Hawks was able to spot Endeavor among hundreds of citizens, implying that he has incredibly sharp vision. Later, Endeavor observes that Hawks' eyes are even sharper. Gift: Stiff Wings: This Quirk grants Hawks a large pair of wings on his back, bright red and feathery. These wings allow him to fly, and he can telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, allowing him to fire them as projectiles. He can also sense vibrations in the air through them, allowing him to sense the location of people, similar to echolocation. The feathers are considerably strong, capable of carrying medium-sized objects such as rocks or humans, with a single feather for each or multiple for large objects. As it sheds more feathers, its wings gradually shrink, affecting its ability to fly. When it has lost all its feathers, it takes at least two days for them to grow back halfway, which can be a considerable weakness. Mirko seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they might rely on the strength of their teammates instead of their own. Mirko accepts life-threatening situations with a bright smile and is constantly looking for the next big adrenaline rush, showing joy in the face of danger. She doesn't back down even when overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming that it's just getting her hot under the collar. Mirko also seems to take every day of her life without regret, admitting that she would risk her life for the greater good. Despite her brash demeanor, Rumi is not above helping others as she came to the aid of Endeavor and Hawks after seeing their battle against Hood on the news. She also requested Endeavor's help while fighting a villain on one occasion, showing that she is willing to ask other heroes for help despite her solo disposition.

Mirko is able to endure extreme pain without losing focus. She faces her own wounds reluctantly. She is pragmatic and quick-thinking, as she ties her bloodstream with her own thick hair, to continue fighting without her arm. The two times she had lost her arms were unable to stop her rampage, with her being able to improvise and keep up with her assault. She also has great willpower and determination. She is aware that she could die at any moment because of her heroine work, so she will have no regrets if she dies after giving everything she has. When she was in high school, she was known to be a hooligan, constantly creating trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days, where her attraction to wrestling arenas led her to Underground Masquerade. Here she was able to establish her prowess as a future pro hero, with her willingness to not sit on the sidelines and finish a fight to the end, earning O'Clock's respect. She also refused to receive compensation for her actions, intending to succeed alone in the future.

Mirko has an athletic build with muscular arms and legs. She has tanned skin, red eyes that slant slightly inward, and straight white hair that reaches down to her waist. On her head are a pair of long white bunny ears that point upwards with a slight curve. Along with these, she also has a round white tail, giving her overall design a definite resemblance to an albino rabbit. Her Hero Outfit consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around the shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and two thick metal plates on her waist. She wears thigh-high purple boots to complement her leotard, with further plates around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has white gloves on her hands, with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around the edges.

General Abilities: As the No. 5 Hero, Mirko is more powerful than most of the other Heroes. Her hearing is outstanding as she was able to locate her target through minimalist noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about enemies. Enhanced Strength: Mirko has shown to possess incredible physical strength, being able to easily defeat several Nomus and break down the massive metal door that guarded Kyudai Garaki's secret laboratory. She was surprisingly able to momentarily incapacitate some of the high-end Nomus and cut off one of their heads. However, after they began to stabilize, she was quickly overwhelmed by them to the point that she was prepared to die and decided to finish off Doctor Garaki to take him with her. Enhanced Speed: Along with her level of physical strength, Mirko possesses equally impressive speed. Her speed is phenomenal, leaping from building to building without any effort, traversing the entire city without any problems in a few minutes. Another feat of her great speed, allowed her to reach Kyudai's laboratory in just a few minutes, considering that Mirko was in a mountain extremely far from the city center, barely being slowed down by the Nomus that tried to stop her. Enhanced Stamina: Mirko possesses great physical stamina. That afternoon Mirko and Hawks laughed and shared like never before, and at the end of the day, they sat together to watch the sunrise. Hawks leaned gently over Mirko, placing a hand on her jaw, staring into her eyes before giving her a sweet and tender kiss, which lasted quite a while and was very passionate, due to the repressed feelings they both held. Shortly after their first date, they went on more and more dates, until after a year of dating, Hawks invited Mirko to a special place. Using his Quirk, Hawks flew Mirko to the top of a building during a beautiful sunset. Hawks knelt down in front of Mirko, and gathering all his courage, he proposed to him. Mirko jumped up excitedly, pounced on him without hesitation, giving him quick and joyful kisses all over his face. Their relationship finally became public, and all the media and social media exploded instantly, they couldn't believe that the number 2 Hero was about to marry the number 5 Heroine. As Hawks flew around the city on his routine surveillance, he couldn't help but notice an orphanage. His heart softened when he saw the malnourished and sick children living there, so he decided to skip patrolling and head straight to the orphanage. Hawks entered with joy and excitement, instantly brightening the children's day. Hawks stayed for several hours there, playing with the children, helping the staff, and telling stories of his adventures as a hero.
