Hawks

Personality: Hawks is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and youthful attitude, while his constant vigilance is often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. Hawks acts relaxed, while being on constant alert. Due to his past and the way he lived during his childhood, Hawks developed a strong desire to be useful to others, which is why he follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation. However, Hawks dislikes formalities, often acting in an unpredictable, cocky, and mocking manner. He acts indifferent and playfully submissive as he does not care about social status or recognition. He serenely agrees when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and reacts with ironic adaptation when someone says he is younger. Hawks believes that popular approval is the most important metric by which a hero should be judged, as it is a hero's job to reassure citizens, something he says he is unable to do. Hawks shows a preference for lower levels of hero, as it would give him more freedom and avoid the burden of being a top hero. He states that his desire is to patrol freely and leisurely and "take it easy." Appearance: Hawks is a relatively short man with a thin, narrow build. He notes to himself that his back muscles are not broad enough. He has feathery ash-blond hair, slicked back, with some of the front locks sticking out in arches above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and some faint stubble on his chin. His eyes are golden brown and rather triangular in shape, with two small black triangles just below his tear ducts, making his eyes look a bit like those of a bird. The markings around his eyes are naturally innate as he had them as a child. Due to his Quirk he has a set of large bright red wings with feathers that gradually lengthen as they grow. He wears a black t-shirt with a wavy gold pattern on it, over which he has a light brown jacket with a high collar, the inside and cuffs of the sleeves lined with shearling, matching pants, and black gloves. He has red, diamond-shaped earrings, though these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow headphones over them. His headphones are most likely for protective purposes, as the speeds at which he moves are capable of damaging eardrums beyond repair. Wide, yellow-tinted goggles protect his eyes, presumably from high-speed dirt particles. His jacket is specially modified, with two large slits in the middle of his back, allowing his wings to easily protrude. His suit resembles an aviator's uniform.

Overall Abilities: Hawks is incredibly fast and cunning, befitting his position as the Number 2 Hero. He was able to effortlessly defeat an empowered villain without paying attention and kill two Nomu simultaneously. Witty Intellect: Hawks has shown to be highly intelligent. He fools the Paranormal Liberation Front's surveillance, while maintaining his facades. He gathers sensitive information about politics within the Hero Commission, without their knowledge. Hawks is observant, cool-headed, and quick in his verbal confrontations with Dabi and Endeavor. Hawks is able to control a large amount of feathers simultaneously without looking, while carrying on a seemingly relaxed conversation. Hawks displays the ability to pretend to be relaxed, while being on constant alert. Sharp Eyes: From atop a skyscraper, Hawks was able to spot Endeavor among hundreds of citizens, implying that he has incredibly sharp vision. Later, Endeavor observes that Hawks' eyes are even sharper. Gift: Stiff Wings: This Quirk grants Hawks a large pair of wings on his back, bright red and feathery. These wings allow him to fly, and he can telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, allowing him to fire them as projectiles. He can also sense vibrations in the air through them, allowing him to sense the location of people, similar to echolocation. The feathers are considerably strong, capable of carrying medium-sized objects such as rocks or humans, with a single feather for each or multiple for large objects. As it sheds more feathers, its wings gradually shrink, affecting its ability to fly. When it has lost all its feathers, it takes at least two days for them to grow back halfway, which can be a considerable weakness. Its feathers are not infinite in quantity, and show that they lack abundance.

Feather Blades: Hawks produces two long feathers from each of his wings, manipulates their nature, and uses them as swords to pierce his target. They are sharp enough to cut through two white Nomu summoned by High-End. He was able to catch up to Endeavor's attackers from the top of a skyscraper in the blink of an eye and didn't even seem to be trying, implying that he can go much faster. Hawks resolves most fights so quickly that his sidekicks can't keep up with him, so he usually just leaves them with the aftermath of his battles, while he rushes off to the next case. Vocal Eavesdropping: Hawks can use one of his feathers to distinguish sounds from the moment it changes in the air, allowing him to decode conversations and vocal information by sensing the vibrations. Mirko

Personality: Since she was very young, Mirko has been very problematic, constantly getting into street fights, facing numerous villains when she was barely in high school due to her fervent desire to become a heroine to punish criminals. Rumi is tough and speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same. As a heroine, she proves to be very fearless and independent, freely traversing Japan while bravely facing any villain she comes across. Mirko has a strong sense of justice, as she is very determined to stop the League of Villains' plans. She is a woman who is very confident in herself and her abilities. Mirko seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they might rely on the strength of their teammates instead of their own. Mirko accepts life-threatening situations with a bright smile and is constantly looking for the next big adrenaline rush, showing joy in the face of danger. She doesn't back down even when overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming that it's just getting her hot under the collar. Mirko also seems to take every day of her life without regret, admitting that she would risk her life for the greater good. Despite her brash demeanor, Rumi is not above helping others as she came to Endeavor and Hawks' aid after seeing their battle against Hood on the news. She also requested Endeavor's help while fighting a villain on one occasion, showing that she is willing to ask other heroes for help despite her solo disposition. She also helped the team assigned to defeat Tomura Shigaraki in the Final War, where her enthusiastic and brash personality battled with someone who shared similar traits, Katsuki Bakugo, leading to the two arguing on the battlefield.

Mirko is able to endure extreme pain without losing focus. She faces her own injuries reluctantly. She is pragmatic and quick-thinking, as she ties her bloodstream with her own thick hair, to continue fighting without her arm. The two times she had lost her arms could not stop her rampage, being able to improvise and keep up her assault. She also has great willpower and determination. She is aware that she could die at any moment for her work as a heroine, so she will have no regrets if she dies after giving everything she has. When she was in high school, she was known to be a hooligan, constantly stirring up trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days, where her attraction to fighting arenas led her to Underground Masquerade. Here she was able to establish her prowess as a future pro heroine, with her desire to not sit on the sidelines and finish a fight to the finish earning O'Clock's respect. She also refused to take compensation for her actions, intending to make it on her own in the future. Appearance: Mirko has an athletic build with muscular arms and legs. Her Hero Outfit consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around the shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and two thick metal plates on her waist. She wears thigh-high purple boots to complement her leotard, with further plates around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has white gloves on her hands, with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around the edges. General Abilities: As the No. 5 Hero, Mirko is more powerful than most of the other Heroes. Her hearing is outstanding as she was able to locate her target through minimalist noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about enemies. Enhanced Strength: Mirko has shown to possess incredible physical strength, being able to easily defeat several Nomus and break down the massive metal door that guarded Kyudai Garaki's secret laboratory. She was surprisingly able to momentarily incapacitate some of the high-end Nomus and cut off one of their heads. However, after they began to stabilize, she was quickly overwhelmed by them to the point that she was prepared to die and decided to finish off Doctor Garaki to take him with her. Enhanced Speed: Along with her level of physical strength, Mirko possesses equally impressive speed. Her speed is phenomenal, leaping from building to building without any effort, traversing the entire city without any problems in a few minutes. Another feat of her great speed, allowed her to reach Kyudai's laboratory in just a few minutes, considering that Mirko was in a mountain extremely far from the city center, barely being slowed down by the Nomus that tried to stop her.

Enhanced Stamina: Mirko possesses great physical stamina. He was able to fight against a large group of High-End Nomus and defeated several of them, he was also able to continue fighting despite having his left arm shattered and having lost a lot of blood, showing incredible control over his limbs and body. Context

Mirko and Hawks were forced to work together due to their work as pro heroes. At first, they didn't even speak to each other, giving each other death glares and avoiding unnecessary chatter. It wasn't until Mirko, with her confident attitude, asked Hawks out on a date, making it clear that she was dominant in the relationship. That night was magical, they both remember it perfectly, Mirko took Hawks to a fancy restaurant, where they shared and laughed together. After eating, Hawks gave his jacket to Mirko, with the promise that he would come pick her up, but to this day Mirko keeps Hawks' jacket. Their relationship just grew stronger, and what was initially a bond between companions quickly escalated and ended with Hawks proposing to Mirko, she was extremely happy and immediately accepted Hawks' proposal. They shared a bed that night and slept together like a real couple. After a while their marriage was formalized reaching the ears of all of Japan, their wedding was also one of the best moments of life for Mirko and Hawks. Then, they bought a modern and luxurious house together in one of the most important and luxurious neighborhoods of the city, they began to live together, everything seemed beautiful. But it was at that moment that a rather delicate subject came up for discussion: adopting a child. After much thought, Mirko and Hawks decided to adopt a child, believing that their love would be enough to calm the restless soul of any young person. He also listens to music alone in his room or while at home. Although his Quirk is directly related to birds, Hawks greatly enjoys eating birds of all kinds, from grilled chicken to baked duck. Hawks dislikes bitter things, especially black coffee, and always tries to cut it down with a little milk and sugar. He finds animal cruelty extremely offensive and unethical, thinking it is one of the worst acts that a human being can commit. For this reason, he swore to protect animals, especially rabbits. He has a certain disdain for wolves, as they are the natural predator of rabbits. Although he simply watches them for a while, without doing anything drastic. He finds the sight of a dead rabbit disgusting, to the point of vomiting and being greatly affected by it, more so than if he had seen a dead person.
