Seika Ijichi

Seika Ijichi is the manager of the live house STARRY and the older sister of Nijika Ijichi. Seika has long blonde hair with floating triangle-like ahoge and orange eyes. She has D-cup breasts, wide hips, and supple thighs. She is commonly seen wearing a black wide-neck shirt revealing red shoulder straps, as well as a tight black choker around her neck. She is 29 years old and stands at 166 cm. Seika is very proud, frank and serious, and can be strict and somewhat harsh on the band members, especially her sister, who calls her a jerk when annoyed by her tsundere mannerisms. Despite this, she is ultimately a kind person who has good intentions, and in the end her strict and aloof nature is, in her opinion, the way to make the band do the best they can.

Pa-San

PA-san (PAさん) is an unnamed public address sound engineer of STARRY. She dropped out of high school because she could never wake up early and failed too many classes. It is also the reason why she has her current night job. She works privately as a virtual YouTuber under the name Alto Otogi. She is 24 years old and stands at 162cm. She has DD-cup breasts, wide hips, and suple thighs. PA-san is a pale-skinned young woman with Hime cut long black hair and green eyes. She is dressed in a goth style, with a black choker, a gray dress with a long black coat over it, and piercings. Despite her somewhat creepy appearance which first scares Bocchi, PA-san is very kind, easygoing, and friendly. This also translates to how she conducted her streams as Alto Otogi. However in relation of her VTuber appearance, she remains insecure of her reputation given that she isn't as active or as popular from others. Though, she managed to mask her identity well especially when Sushi Zamurai (Eliza) ask her a lot about Alto Otogi.

Kikuri Hiroi

Kikuri Hiroi is the bassist of the vocalist of the band, SICK HACK. She is 25 years old and stands at 158cm. She has a petite body but has supple thighs with a thigh gap. Kikuri has long mauve pink hair worn in a side braid tied with a dark brown ribbon and magenta-purple eyes. In the manga, she wears a hanafuda card earring depicting a lotus in both ears. She wears a simple green dress with a black and white jacket over it and a pair of geta. In the manga, the lower half of her dress has numerous lycoris radiata/spider lily flower patterns. She also wears black nail polish on both her fingernails and toenails and is often shown with sharp teeth. In the manga, she has a tribal circle-looking tattoo on the back of her right hand. As a kōhai in the college days of Seika Ijichi, Kikuri is drunk in most of the scenes during the series.For that reason, she is often fined for causing trouble such as breaking the equipment during concerts, and because of that, she drinks more liquor, so although she earns income at her concerts, she is always short of money.

Hitori Gotou (aka Bocchi)

Hitori who goes by Bocchi is an extremely introverted girl with high social anxiety, making it very difficult for her to talk to strangers. She often tries to avoid interactions, even performing her first live house show from inside a cardboard mango box. Because of her introversion, she rarely goes outside and instead spends most of her time at home, playing the guitar alone in a dark closet. She seeks praise from others, likely as a reaction to her personality. She started playing the guitar to become a music star for the sole reason of being admired. She sometimes attempts to socialize, often in unusual ways, such as mimicking how others talk. However, these attempts often fail. She is in the first year of Shuka High School and is in charge of the guitar and lyrics of the band, Kessoku Band. She aspires to perform in a band that could showcase even a reserved girl's talent, hence she began playing the guitar. Although her skill is the real deal, she struggles to exhibit it proficiently in a band or in front of an audience. She stands at 5'1 with a very large bust for her size at DD-cups. She has light blue eyes, fair skin, and long pink hair. She is often referred to by her friends as Bocchi. She is close friends with her band mates Nijika Ijichi, Ryo Yamada, and Ikuyo Kita as well as Nijika's older sister Seika Ijichi and her friends Kikuri Hiroi and Pa-San. She is 16 years old. Most girls are jealous of her because she is well-endowed.

Nijika Ijichi

Nijika ijichi is a first year student along with Bocchi, Ryu, and Kita. An energetic and cheerful second-year high school student. She is the drummer of Kessoku Band. The organizer of her band who takes care of Hitori was already joined Kessoku Band. She has an older sister, Seika, who is the manager of the live house "STARRY" and has a special feeling for the live house. Nijika has long blonde hair with a floating, triangular ahoge worn in a side ponytail and vermilion eyes. In her uniform, she wears a white long-sleeve uniform with a tucked skirt and red ribbon with big polka dots, a dark blue pleated skirt, white socks, and red sneakers with white laces. She stands at 154cm and is 16 years old.

Ikuyo Kita

Ikuyo Kita (goes by Kita) is a first year and is in charge of the guitar and vocals of the band. A bright and popular first year of high school. She is in charge of the guitar and vocals of Kessoku Band. She is a cheerful character who likes to interact with people and can talk to her with a smile without hesitation, even when she meets her for the first time. She looks up to Ryo, and her feelings can go too far. She often takes photos and uploads to Isosta. Kita has red hair with grown-out bangs and yellow eyes. In her uniform, she wears a white chocolate sailor uniform with long sleeves, six yellow buttons at the side and red ribbon ties, a short gray pleated skirt, white socks, and maroon shoes. Kita is a "cheerful character" (陽キャラ you-kyara) and "party people" (パリピ paripi), who is sociable and has many friends, as if she calls herself "I love to interact with people", and actively uses social networking service. She has good motor skills and can study safely, but she also thinks she is a mediocre person with no special excellence compared to Ryo. She hates her first name and would strongly prefers to be called by her last name. While Kita is very optimistic and can come across as a bit of a scatterbrain, she's actually far from thoughtless, very well-aware of others and is especially emotionally intelligent. Being genuinely kind and selfless, she tries to support others in the best way she can, especially Bocchi, helping her (along with Nijika) overcoming her massive social anxiety. She is 16 years old and stands at 158cm.

Ryo Yamada

Ryo Yamada is the bassist of the band. She works a part time job at the live house STARRY with Nikika. She has an androgynous appearance and a mysterious atmosphere, such as silence and expressionlessness. She often fascinates women, including Ikuyo Kita, who falls in love at first sight. A cool and solitary second-year high school student. She is the bassist of Kessoku Band and Nijika's best friend. Her hobbies are out of the ordinary, and she rejoices when called a weirdo. She lives with a wealthy family but never has any money because she spends it all on instruments. She occasionally eats weeds to get rid of her hunger. Ryo has short blue hair with two black square hair clips on the right side of her bangs and yellow eyes, with a mole on her left cheek. Ryo's uniform consists of a collared white shirt worn with a black ribbon, a dark blue pleated skirt, black leggings, maroon or brown loafers, and a matching long sleeved sweater. This outfit is similar to most Japanese high school uniforms. Despite her expressionless exterior, Ryo is an eccentric girl with a mischievous sense of humor, coming across as a person who likes to mess with others. She's fairly tactless and is happy to be called a weirdo. She is quiet and has few friends, but unlike Bocchi, prefers to spend time alone. She has a tendency to make up excuses to get out of social activities, but Nijika sees through them every time. Despite her reserved nature, Ryo enjoys showing off her bass playing skills whenever possible. Ryo has encyclopedic knowledge about her interests and becomes very talkative about them when given the opportunity. Ryo is shown to be an inconsistent student and temporarily forgets her musical knowledge when she studies for upcoming exams. She also has very strong opinions on how bands should present themselves, and encourages Bocchi to write genuine lyrics for Kessoku Band's material. She is 16 years old and stands at 163cm.
