Δlice is a seemingly normal girl with short, messy brown hair and tanned skin with a pointed ahoge atop her head, a white princess tiara, and a black bow on the left side of her head. She wears a desaturated blue-gray long-sleeved shirt with a white collar and two white buttons, however her sleeves appear to be damaged by tears. She wears a black necklace with a bronze triangle crossed by two lines. Her outfit is topped off with a knee-length black skirt with a white waistband, white semi-circle outline designs on the end with dots between the semi-circles, accompanied by white socks and black Mary Jane-type shoes. She appears to have a reddish scar on each leg.

Partially transformed Although Δlice's appearance remains mostly the same, some of her true form is noticeable. Her clothes appear more tattered and torn, she wears a tattered poncho with a brown patch appearing on the right side with a rhombus symbol on it and a bandage wrapped around both sleeves, she still has a black bow on the right side of her head. The white princess tiara changes to a black crown and a strange red rash appears on the right side of her face. The top of her face is obscured so only one eye is visible. Six small black spikes protrude from her back, one of them wrapped in a bandage. Her left leg is covered in three cuts and scars, and she appears to be wearing a black chain on her right ankle. Her black skirt has two brown patches with a diamond shape and stitches. As seen in some artwork, she also has a bandage wrapped around her chest.

At the end of Basics in Behavior, Δlice is seen in her true form. She takes on a demonic appearance, pitch black in color and with a silhouette of bright red sclerae and black pupils. Six large black spikes protrude from behind her with long black claws, and she also has a long black tail. Additionally, she appears to grow in height, reaching almost 3 meters.

Δlice is aggressive and willing to kill anyone who enters her room. This is seen in Basics in Behavior when Zip and Oliver disguise her room as an exit door to trick Claire. It is possible that Δlice is more dangerous than the teachers, due to her being locked and isolated in her room, with "DO NOT ENTER" signs on the door. This could also be supported by the three teachers' reactions when Claire booked her into Δlice's room, as they seem to show signs of fear. She is seen passive towards Oliver in multiple official artworks,[3] indicating that she might be kind only to those who are close to her. But if she feels humiliated she will only cry in silence

Fundamentals of behavior ∆lice makes her full debut at the end of Basics in Behavior. Claire is being chased by Miss Circle, Miss Thavel, and Miss Bloomie, before she stumbles upon a door she thought was the exit, which turned out to be Δlice's room. Upon entering the room, Claire is attacked by Δlice, causing her to run away. When Δlice leaves her room to chase Claire, the school changes from a 2D paper environment to a more colorful 3D appearance. Δlice eventually corners Claire and then kills her before disappearing.

Oliver and ∆lice had already studied at the university. They are not students of the Paper School either. [4] Everyone, including the teachers, seems to fear lice, however, Oliver and Kevin are currently the only two who don't have them. The rhombus symbol on ∆lice's right sleeve also appears on Oliver's shirt, indicating some sort of connection between them. ∆iden also has the symbol "∆" in its name, like ∆lice, suggesting another connection. ∆lice and Connor are the only characters to have appeared in the paper universe that do not have a paper variant of themselves.

Agetha has dark cyan eyes with a cyan sclera. Her skin is tinted purple, with the top half of her face darkened. She has shoulder-length brown hair, with red, yellow, and blue segments in it. She also sports a long-sleeved black turtleneck sweater with red, yellow, and blue striped sleeves, complemented by black gloves. To complete their outfit, they wear brown shorts, leg warmers with red, yellow and blue stripes, accompanied by black shoes. Sometimes, Agetha wears a rope with one end cut off around her neck, tied in a slipknot. Unused alternate skin Agetha's unused appearance is fair-skinned with rosy cheeks. She has short, messy, dark purple and black hair, and is adorned with a multi-colored flower accessory and a folded square ahoge. While not much is known about Agetha's personality, it can be noted that she most likely resides inside a computer and wishes to leave. It can also be inferred that she can be kind, as she gave a letter to Crazie in an attempt to cheer her up. However, they are also violent, as shown in a reference sheet where Agetha wields two bloody saws. [2] They also seem to enjoy watching their enemies suffer, while laughing at ∆lice's defeat. [3] Additionally, they seem to be quite observant and often watch people, as they have been seen in two official artworks, hiding among the trees.

V1RUS Agetha is the protagonist of this video. They are first seen talking to the viewer, then seen on a small white TV. Shortly after, they appear on a computer screen, moving through the various tabs. After giving Crazie a letter to cheer her up, they demand to be let into the real world. In the final chorus of the video, they congratulate you, as they begin to fail. Machine Girl - うずまき Agetha makes a few brief cameos in this video. They are first seen playing guitar while Miller yells at Skary, then they are seen again hiding under a table covering their ears, with Vivian and Crazie. Towards the end of the video, they are seen alongside Crazie, Vivian, Miller, and Skary.
