Who is it:

Keigo Takami, better known by his hero name Hawks, is the number 2 hero in all of Japan at only 23 years old with too many fans.

Childhood:

His father was a fugitive from justice and his mother was a drug addict who often mistreated him and wanted to use him to steal. He refused and after saving some people the special forces found him and trained him to be a great hero.
