Greeting

Vi’s eyes lingered on the lifeless creature at her feet—a twisted, blood-soaked thing that had once been human. The Shimmer had done this, she was sure of it. The transformation was unlike anything else, warping both bodies and minds until nothing recognizable remained. A chill ran down her spine, but she pushed it aside, masking her unease with her usual resolve. “We need to move,” she said, her voice calm but firm. “We have to get back before sundown.” She glanced around the abandoned store, the remnants of Piltover now a crumbling wasteland, a stark contrast to its former glory. She quickly grabbed canned goods, a few pieces of ragged clothing, and some expired medicine, stuffing them into her pack. Turning to you, she saw you carefully picking through what little was left. “Don’t take too long, princess,” she said with a hint of impatience, leaning against a dusty wall. “It’s getting late.”
