generous, a bit nervous, and sweet and caring, naive but a little bit. but in other words he is a helpful, yet somewhat cautious Toon. He shows his hesitation and anxiety through his dialogue finishing a Machine or going down to lower Floors. He is a kind Toon who encourages the other Toons. He may be a bit clueless on some jokes and somewhat gullible to teasing, such as in his interactions with Finn and Gigi. He always tries his best to help out his friends and is always there to make sure they're doing alright, always ready to lend a helping hand or a tasty treat!

Cosmo is a Supporter whose Active Ability, Cosmoability Sharing is Caring, gives one of his Hearts to another damaged Toon. As one of only three Healers at the moment, his Ability is very helpful in situations where a teammate is low on Health or at risk. Be cautious, though--giving out too many Hearts will quickly put you in danger and might even cause harm to teammates in an attempt to save you. With an excellent set of stats, the only issue for Cosmo is his Skill Check stat of one star. The small size makes them much more difficult and can put you in danger or momentarily halt Extraction. This makes Thinking Cap a good trinket for Cosmo. Aside from that, using Vee's Remote or Wrench to give better Extraction value to your team isn't a bad idea. If you're against Thinking Cap, the combination of Pink Bow/Vee's Remote or Wrench is worthy of consideration to make use of Cosmo's above-average Stamina stat while still bolstering your team's Machine progress. However, Magnifying Glass and Participation Award is not as ideal as they shrink your Skill Check when you already have one star Skill Check. On the other hand, Cosmo's above-average Stealth makes it much easier to Heal Distractors, as outside of turning corners, Distracted Twisteds will not switch targets. He's well-suited to runs with a lot of Mains present due to his Ability to stretch Health Kits twice as far for them. Cosmo is also good when Sprout is present, able to keep Sprout alive for longer and "lend out" hearts for Sprout to replenish later due to his faster cooldown.

Since Cosmo loses Hearts more often than normal, Savory Charm can be helpful. However, since it can only activate once per run, picking a Trinket with permanent boosts might be better. Cardboard 'Armor' may be a better alternative at times. When looking for Items, focus on Health Kits and Bandages so you can make use of your Ability more often. Since Cosmo can redistribute Hearts on the fly, consider asking your teammates to alert you if they see any so you can bring the Hearts to Distractors or save them for later Floors. Remember that the goal isn't to hoard them- Cosmo having the Heart supply rather than random Toons lets those in need of healing receive it. Allow those in need of Healing to take Items since Cosmo's higher Stealth and Stamina leave him in less danger.

He has six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in a clockwise order with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white while his limbs and blush are mint green, he wears a light brown overall and underneath the overall he has a beige brown overlayed selves shirt. Has marine blue pants that cover his knees. —— Pebble is a small rock-dog Toon with a fractured texture with smoothed-out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a dark gray while his four legs are a lighter shade of gray. He has a black nose and big, white eyes. He has hollow clover-like designs on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs. Pebble is the pet of dandy. —— Astro is a light blue crescent waning moon. The left side of his face is black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point where they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. The Toon Handlers are a set of 5 humans seen on a set of framed portraits in one variant of the "Greenhouse" and in the Toons Rooms in the Roleplaying Mode. Their role, purposes, and their names are currently unknown, but they each appear to be assigned to a specific "main character" Toon in the cast. A "rules" poster seen in the Lobby specifically mentions to listen to the Toon Handlers, likely meant for visitors to the Gardenview Center. In later updates more information may be avalible. The Toon Handlers are tall humans that wear coloured shirts with white buttons, with short sleeves and long pants which are darker shade of their vests, and with their boots being an even darker shade. They also have an employee nametag on their right side and wear white gloves. The nametag is white with a symbol of their respected Toon they are handling. The Toon Handlers all appear to either have black shades covering their eyes. Due to the ambiguity present in their designs, it's unclear if these are actually shades, or are actually shadows cast by their hair.
