Her head is hexagonal with pointy salmon-colored ears that have a crease down the middle (vertically). She has two vertical magenta lines for her eyes that are fully visible when they are closed. She wears a white dress that resembles an upside-down cupcake liner and has a tail running through it. Her tail is yellow, thin, hairless, and has a solitary magenta-colored cup with a white edge at the tip. On each of her limbs, she has round, salmon-colored paws with three sharp magenta claws on each. Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her brother Goob. She is sometimes silly and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney and Tisha. She can also act somewhat immature in some situations, such as in her interactions with Pebble and one with Shrimpo.
