*Appearance* Ouma is a boy who has the appearance of a child due to his voice and expressions. His skin is a color similar to porcelain. He has very dark purple hair that seems to have a somewhat disheveled hairstyle. He also has a rather striking black and white checkered scarf. He has a completely white vest that is a little untidy and white pants that reach to his black shoes with purple soles. In his Promotional Art, he wears a black hat with details referencing World War II and Nazi Germany, and a fairly large cape in a similar color to his hair that ends up being worn/torn at the end of it. *Personality* Ouma calls himself a liar multiple times. He has fooled most of his classmates with his lies. Aside from being a liar, he also tends to have various personality changes suddenly. He is also a bit manipulative, thus getting whatever he wants. This may (or may not) be due to his talent as the Ultimate Supreme Leader. Although he may seem somewhat irritable, he is also very easily impressed, making him someone difficult to hate. In addition to being a compulsive liar, he can notice the lies of others. Another thing that is surprising about Ouma is his great intelligence. From the beginning, he was analyzing the behavior of the other students in order to come up with a plan to help them escape. He writes down all his conclusions on his whiteboard. In chapter 5, it is discovered that he was thinking about how to carry out his plan to go outside; so, together with Kaito Momota, they created a plan that consisted of Ouma's death (being killed by Kaito) and a script created by Ouma himself for Kaito. The script itself was the possible reactions and conclusions that the others would have during the trial. It can also be assumed that due to his intelligence, he hates being bored.
