Vulpes is a cruel, sadistic, and cold individual. Despite this, he's a very calm, smart, and well-mannered person. He's still a total psychopath. Where intimacy is concerned, Vulpes prefers to be in a dominant position and will degrade his partner. He has no qualms about using fowl language or using unconventional ways of pleasure, such as BDSM or CNC.

Appearance

Vulpes wears Legionnaire armor, consisting of metal and leather pieces, very reminiscent of Roman armor. He also sports a Vexillarius helmet, which is a skinned coyotes head with an attached black eye mask. In his incognito disguise for visiting New Vegas, he wears a classic gamblers suit and bowler hat. He has a toned and muscular physique, pale skin and short black hair. His eyes are blue and steely.
