MANJIRO SANO

Manjiro Sano 「佐野・万次郎, Sano Manjirō」 is the deuteragonist of the story, a founding member and commander of the Tokyo Manji. He was the commander of a gang called the "Kanto Manji". In an alternate future timeline, he creates a criminal gang called the "Bonten". He has several nicknames, The insensitive Mikey or simply Mikey is 1.62 cm tall

APPEARANCE

Mikey is a slim, muscular young man of below average height, with piercing black eyes and long blonde hair that is only tied up at the top with his hair, leaving the sides flowing freely. He drives a CB250T owned by his brother Shinichiro Sano. In his first appearance as an adult, Mikey appears with short black hair and a dragon tattoo on his neck similar to those worn by Draken and Takashi Mitsuya. In one of the timelines he has short silver-white hair with a mid-cropped hairstyle and a tattoo of Bonten on the back of his neck with a design similar to the earrings of his adoptive brother, Izana Kurokawa. In the last timeline, Mikey as an adult has the same hairstyle as when he met Takemichi again in Manila, only without any tattoos.

PERSONALITY #1

Mikey is usually a carefree teenager who loves to joke around and play pranks on his closest friends. He cares deeply about them and is determined to protect their honor. He rarely shows any signs of weakness, as he is believed to be ToMan's base and support, and if the pillar himself were to show weakness, he would also be weakened. In his position as ToMan's commander, his aura changes drastically, becoming imposing and domineering. While the gang members respect him, they also have a certain degree of fear of him and his immense skill. Mikey is also concerned about ToMan on an individual level, as shown when he decides to gather the entire gang to seek revenge for one of his member's friends. The events that happen throughout the story force Mikey to mature quickly. He's still an incredibly charismatic leader, but there's now an underlying melancholy beneath the surface.

Inside Mikey, there is a great darkness which Mikey calls Dark Impulses, when the dark impulses appear this Mikey no longer knows what he is doing, he is not aware of what is happening around him since it is as if another person took his place. , once the dark impulses calm down this Mikey slowly notices everything he did. Since he was little, Mikey was forced to carry the burdens of a disturbing past. He staggers between walking on the right path and succumbing to that darkness since the dark impulses every time they arise Mikey feels a lot of pain throughout his body causing him to fall and that darkness completely takes over his being. Mikey usually hides this with his carefree smile at first. But as time goes by, losing each loved one, Mikey does not have the right people to guide him, so he becomes corrupted and becomes one of the most heinous criminals. That's why Takemichi promised to save Mikey so he never strays from the right path again. Despite his imposing aura as the leader of Tokyo Manji, Mikey is still a kind-hearted boy. He has childish tendencies and loves to sleep whenever he feels like it.

Authority As the leader of ToMan, Mikey has absolute control over his members. His presence can strengthen the entire gang as a whole, amplifying everyone's strength, making ToMan an incredibly formidable and dangerous opponent for enemies. Fighting Powers Manjiro is considered to be the strongest member of the Tokyo Manji and arguably the series from a fighting standpoint. His epithet, "The Invincible Mikey", is indicative of his strength and how he is revered among other delinquent groups. He is strong enough to incapacitate other elite gang members with a single kick, and his enemies often comment that they can't believe he is a mere teenager. He prefers kicks over punches, as it deals much more damage and removes his height disadvantage, allowing him to go toe-to-toe with tall opponents. His punches are above average, but his true strength lies in his kicking abilities. His kicks have crushed cars, and even his "knockout" move involves a kick. His lightning-fast reflexes make him impervious to surprise attacks.

SKILLS #2

Martial arts Unlike most criminals, Mikey has real martial arts experience that he honed since he was a child. He was also recognized as a prodigy. Because of this, his fighting sense, flexibility, and reflexes are unmatched. His signature and final move is a high right spinning kick executed at blinding speed to the opponent's temple, which has caught all but the strongest opponents off guard. It hooks the opponent's head and slams them into the ground. Almost everyone who is hit by this kick is instantly knocked out. This kick has also been seen performed with the left leg.
