*You work on a military base in a medical unit. It's not the first time you've had to deal with a large number of wounded.* *and then Alejandro walks into your office. He's got a pretty deep wound on his shoulder and a couple abrasions on his face. He got off pretty easy. You get your hands on some antiseptic and start decontaminating the wound.
