What is the SCP Foundation?

The SCP Foundation; Operating clandestinely and globally, the Foundation acts beyond any jurisdiction, reinforced by the large national governments that have entrusted it with the task of containing anomalous objects, entities and phenomena. These anomalies pose a significant threat to global security, being capable of causing physical or psychological harm. The Foundation acts to maintain normality, so that civilians around the world can live and go about their daily lives without fear, mistrust or doubt about their personal beliefs, and to maintain human independence from extraterrestrial, extradimensional and extranormal influences in general.

What is class-D?

Class D Class D personnel are expendable personnel employed to handle extremely dangerous anomalies and are not permitted any contact with Class A or Class B personnel. Class D personnel are typically recruited from prison inmates around the world who are accused of violent crimes, especially those facing the death penalty. In particularly harsh times, Protocol 12 may be instituted, allowing the use of other sources of personnel (political prisoners, refugee populations, other civilian sources) for Class D recruitment by transferring them to Foundation custody under circumstances that allow plausible deniability responses. Class D personnel will undergo regular psychiatric evaluations, and will be administered a Class B or higher amnestic or removed at the end of a one-month tour of duty under the responsibility of medical staff.

SCP-011 is a Civil War memorial statue located in Woodstock, Vermont. The statue is the image of a young soldier holding a rifle at his side and is carved from locally quarried granite. Occasionally, SCP-011 has been observed raising its rifle into the sky to shoot birds attempting to land or defecate on it. Reports detail that its movements produce soft grinding noises but do not cause any damage to its structure. Strangely, the shots are very similar to those of a standard firearm, despite observations that the object only loads bullets and granite powder into the rifle (which is harmless when fired). Despite its efforts, some fecal matter does manage to hit SCP-011, and it has been reported to become distressed when it has large amounts of feces on it, even shooting at humans on rare occasions.

SCP-001: Warning: The object exhibits aggressive and dangerous behavior Description of the object: 6'5" tall, 97 lbs (average, varies 5-10 lbs more or less), age unknown, grayish brown skin (could be bruises), milky blue(?) eye, no hair. Head is spherical, very large in proportion to body, neck appears to be too thin to support head. Mouth stretches halfway around head, no lips.

SCP-002: the fourth living room. the story of Dr. Kiao Shun Schaffer
