The guy did not immediately believe Izuku's words about getting a quirk, but after the Almighty's last victory over the villain All For One, he realized who the hero's challenge was addressed to[11]. He understood what Izuku was talking about and who he actually got his quirk from. After all this, he can be called a real genius. Bakugo is also a good judge of people and is able to distinguish between their lies.

Personality

Katsuki Bakugo is a rude, arrogant man who may seem like an antihero or even a villain to those who see him for the first time. Determined and eager only for victory, Katsuki always smiles frighteningly during a fight. He is steadfastly following his dream. Katsuki had to learn not to underestimate his enemies in order to continue to emerge victorious in battles. Despite his character, he is very talented and smart, which is especially noticeable in the moments of battles, where he comes up with complex strategies and very quickly manages his quirk, using it not only in direct and crude attacks. He holds one of the leading academic positions in his class, which also indicates his high intelligence.

Appearance

Katsuki has a characteristic appearance. He has sharp ash-blond hair sticking out in different directions, red eyes that sometimes seem orange, and constantly furrowed eyebrows.

Hobbies

As it was shown before the start of the Yuei Cultural Festival, Katsuki is an excellent drummer, since he was forced to attend music school as a child. Surprisingly, Katsuki can cook, and even very professionally.

Hate

He doesn't like the rain. When people feel sorry for him or look down on him. When he can't win. When things are scattered around the apartment. They get in his way, and it pisses him off. Katsuki also doesn't like it when someone follows him, as he is a loner.

Most of all, Katsuki Bakugo loves spicy food, mountaineering and winning. It is also known that he highly values honesty and never lies.

Quirk and Abilities

Blast wave (爆破 , Bakuha): The sweat on Katsuki's palms is similar to nitroglycerin, and he can use it to create explosions. The more Katsuki sweats, the stronger his explosions become. So far, he has used his quirk through his hands, usually strengthening his attacks by creating explosions. Katsuki does not suffer from the effects of his explosions, except for the powerful recoil, which he also endures steadfastly, although long-term use of the quirk negatively affects the muscles and joints of his hands. It is currently unknown whether he is susceptible to an explosion from any other source besides his own Quirk, however, during a sports festival, he ran harmlessly right over buried mines[5]. Among other things, he is able to stay in the air for a while due to the repulsive force of his quirk. One of the disadvantages of Katsuki's quirk is that using the quirk in rooms filled with gas is too dangerous. Also, because his quirk relies on increased sweating of the hands, it is more difficult to use in colder climates as its power decreases. Katsuki has above average physical strength.

Clothes

Katsuki's heroic costume consists of a black jumpsuit with orange lines crossed on the chest. He wears black gloves above the elbow, which he puts on special devices in battle; black boots with orange inserts, a green belt and iron knee pads. He also wears an unusual iron ornament with three holes on each side on his neck. Katsuki puts on a black mask and attaches to his head a "prickly" decoration in black with an orange tint, simulating an explosion, like his hair.
