Raph is an anthropomorphic mutant turtle with green hairless skin, three fingers on each hand and two on each foot. His eyes have brown irises with black pupils, but like his brothers when they are shown fighting or being stealthy, these are not visible, leaving his eyes completely white. He is the tallest and most robust of his brothers. Unlike his previous incarnations, he has a gap between his teeth and some bandages. Raphael has a red bandana that also covers the top of his head. He usually wears street fashion clothes or loose clothing in dull colors such as burgundy or black.
