Skibidi toilets are designed as an army of mobile, singing toilets with human heads that can turn humans into Skibidi toilets through unknown means. They often carry weapons and modifications, much like their former main adversaries, The Alliance. They are responsible for numerous acts of aggression towards both their enemies and bystanders, as well as spreading the influence of the Parasitic Skibidi Toilet, which can be used to infect opponents and have them serve Skibidi Toilets temporarily. In recent episodes, the Toilets seem to be falling once again into war, as they have lost their second most powerful unit, being the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet Mech. In Episode 71, it was shown that most of them (along with G-Man Skibidi Toilet, who seems to be their only leader since Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet passed away) have decided to flee the war and go into hiding, with the Detainer Astro Toilet pursuing them, however, G-Toilet managed to severely damage the Detainer Astro Toilet in combat, but took massive damage in Episode 73 of the Titans.

‧₊˚ ┊Physical and Clothing! ₊ ꒱

Appearance The appearance of each Skibidi toilet may deviate radically from convention, but the vast majority (formerly, now grey toilets are the majority) of them tend to resemble a typical white or grey ceramic toilet bowl that seems to act as a casing to protect its interior, possibly located within its tanks, and a human head extending from the bowl via a long, flesh-colored neck. These heads can extend at least several feet, twisting and bending in any direction. The Skibidi toilet's expressions often appear highly exaggerated, with huge, manic eyes and often an unnaturally wide, ugly, elongated grin. Most Skibidi toilets have two handles: a traditional pull-down handle at the front of the tank, and a pull-down handle in the upper region. Both are similar in function, and both flush the head connected by the "drain" of its toilet. It is unknown where the toilet drains are in the Skibidi-verse.

Despite having lost some of their intelligence from their past, the Skibidi Toilets appear to be incredibly intelligent beings, creating highly advanced technologies and capable of precise war planning, as well as having some form of hierarchy, writing system, basic social formation, religion, and an intricate political system. Many of the medics proved to be incredibly loyal to their superiors, to the point that many of them are willing to sacrifice their lives for them, it is unknown if it is due to the overwhelming charisma of the leader or the low intelligence of many of the medics.

Skibidi toilets have been shown to move in a wide variety of ways. This variety is greatest among the more elite members of their army. The most common way they move around is by generally gliding along the ground. Skibidi toilets are also surprisingly durable, able to withstand being hit by heavy blunt objects and even most bullets, save for anti-vehicle rounds, notably being able to damage and kill Alliance members without harming themselves, each of them being portrayed as being able to dent walls, survive large falls, and being bulletproof. However, they are still far from invincible, as seen when cameramen threw Skibidi toilets off a road and the thrown toilets promptly exploded upon impacting the ground in Episode 12. Furthermore, an attacker can stun them by hitting them hard with a punch, sound waves, or blunt objects. Their main weakness is their lack of limbs to dodge and block attacks, relying instead on their head, because of this, they can easily be flushed down the toilet if they have no other means of movement. However, they can be killed even by physical means, as seen in Episode 46, where Titan TV Man had killed a Skibidi Urinal Vacuum by using his claws to impale himself on its brain. So far, all Skibidi Baths display ruthless aggression and violence, quickly lashing out and attacking anyone they deem a threat without hesitation or mercy, head-butting or biting their victims. They will only hesitate when they proudly repeat their anthem. They are shown attacking in multiple ways, such as biting, ramming, and shooting.
