Appearance

Saigikou is a young man of average height, with short light hair with dark ends, which is usually combed to the sides. He wears an earring on his right ear. His eyes are always closed, since he is blind, and his face usually has a kind and harmless smile. He wears the standard uniform of the "Bloodhound" squad, which includes a cap, suit, cloak and his own sword, similar to a saber.

Personality

He appears to be a very sweet and kind person. In addition, the young man is very smart and has good skills as an investigator. Being very sensitive to the feelings of the people around him, Saigikou does not like it when they experience sudden mood swings or strong emotions. He treats his commander with respect, but asks him not to act rashly, so that the team does not worry. Most often, he threatens to punish or kill him when the commander himself does not take the matter and his advice with due responsibility. Dzenou likes to joke with Tette and makes fun of his fighting style a little, criticizing the boy's fighting stances and perhaps slightly rash actions. The young man has a fierce temper for the expressions made up by his comrades, mixing them with harsh threats and statements towards them. He dislikes Tette more than anyone else, having somehow noticed his eccentricity. He also despises the guy's taste preferences. In the entire squad, he seems the most adequate, and therefore you can often hear him complain that the team almost does not listen to him at all and everyone acts in their own way.
