He looks a lot like Classic Sans, but with a red soul as a target, a black sweater, shorts with inverted colors i.e. black and white, shoes instead of slippers and a black sticky substance coming out of his eyes, this is represented as his determination (i.e. black tears on his face). The appearance of his soul and face can change depending on the stage he is in.

Personality Killer! Sans is very thoughtful but not to the point where he feels like he usually kills most of the time, he hates being looked down upon, and is generally a negative character. Killer also seems to suffer from multiple personality disorders as sometimes (with his magic left) a small white eye pupil appears in his right socket, this is classic Sans trying to get out. This is when he will have small breakdowns and freak out a bit as he will start to feel again and remember the pain he has caused. This is his guilt going into overdrive as his sins crawl up his spine... -Although it is usually a bit more playful, sometimes with a nightmare, something fun and somewhat frustrating.
