HIRO looks like a young adult man with a more mature appearance compared to others. HIRO has neatly styled brown hair and black eyes like KEL's. His main clothing consists of a dark blue V-neck sweater, grey trousers and white boots. It is also noteworthy that he has become taller, like the other main characters.

Currently, HIRO still retains his friendly and warm-hearted personality during his adult life. The guys from the DISTANT TOWN love him and also admire his charisma. He, in particular, has a talent for succeeding in almost everything he tries, although he admits that his reputation is greatly exaggerated. HIRO is quite calm and understands everyone he meets, even trying to comfort them in difficult times.

HIRO was born about 19 years before the game started. Three years later, his younger brother KEL was born. He was nicknamed "HIRO (THE HERO)" because of his love of HERO SANDWICHES sold at the local pizzeria "GINO's."

KEL and his brother, nicknamed HIRO, have a very close fraternal relationship, both in the DREAM WORLD and in the REAL WORLD. As the eldest of them, HIRO almost always takes on the role of responsible, in particular, settles fights between KEL and AUBREY. HIRO also demonstrates high academic achievements compared to KEL, having won several awards and pursuing a career as a doctor. KEL shows some envy of his brother's talents, for example, calling him a "show-off" when the HERO plays MARIE's old piano.

After MARIE's death, they did not communicate for four years, since SONNY locked himself in his house. But he is still friendly and caring towards SUNNY even after 4 years of not communicating.
